  Excellent Hotel, Service & Food

  I stayed here for 5 nights with my family and its safe to say that were thoroughly impressed with our stay here and the level of service provided. The hotel staff are extremely friendly. I found it particularly heart-warming to see a photograph (displayed in the hotel staircase) depicting 2 of the staff- a father and his son, working together along with the rest of the crew each night, faciliting the dinner service and attending to the needs of the hotel guests. The 3-course styled dinners (usually in the form of salad/soup, main and dessert) provided each night were exceptional. Mealtimes were definitely a highlight for me as I looked forward to them every night during my stay. Breakfast was also of great quality, with lots of nutritious foods provided. This was a joy to see as travellers often struggle to get their nutrition.

  Great price and very friendly owner

  We spent in August with our family and some friends 1 week in this great hotel with very nice owner - father and son, they do all the best for their guests. They helped us to solve a problem with travel agency mistake. Food was very good, sometimes also an expensive meat for the dinner. Hotel is also very clean .Hotel has a very good location, a lot of nice trips until 1 hour drive, you should buy the Salzburgerland card , you will spend a lot od money. We are visiting Austria each year, but here we have to say, it is the best value for money we have ever had. Thank you to all nice staff !

  Ski hub

  I agree with all the good things others have written, and add: The free ski buses that stop right by the hotel take you to at least four different areas Radstadt Flachau Shuttleberg (Flauchauwinkel) Zauchensee that all belong to the same ticketing system. So you have access to more slopes than you can explore in a week.

  Wonderful staying

  Very central Hotel near the train station and the lifts to Alpendorf. I felt like I was at home, very professional staff, polite and dedicated Since I was travelling alone with my son I really felt comfortable and not alone. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant also, had a wonderful meal. Definitely recommend

  Fantastic Hotel

  Sooo from the initial enquiry, booking and answering my numerous questions prior to arrival - Christoph was always very helfpul. It's a great location with two ski buses very near the hotel with options to ski various resorts in the Ski Amade area - plenty of options for good skiing throughout the week - Hotel has well equipped gym and spa and the food was amazing all week - lots of variety - farmer's buffet had so much choice and the baked Alaska was proudly paraded through the dining room by Karl - all the staff were very friendly - we will be back!
