  Tranquility in an Italian island paradise with a great view

  The hotel is in a great location: being right in the picturesque Sant'Angelo, but high also on a hill overlooking the beautiful scenery. Apart from the wonderfully attentive manager/owner who was incredibly helpful and happy to dedicate far too much of his time to our questions, the best thing about the hotel is having breakfast delivered to your room so that you can eat it on your balcony with ocean, beach and town views. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because the en suite bathroom is a little small, albeit. The hotel also has deals ("convenzioni") with some of the best local restaurants where they will give you a menu with reduced options, but a very reasonable price.

  Un lugar increíble para desconectar.

  Un perfecto lugar para desconectar situado en el lugar mas paradisiaco y tranquilo de la isla, sant angelo. Un trato de personal inigualable, y un precio mas que asequible con desayuno incluido que no dudéis en contratar.

  AMAZING VIEW

  We had a room for 3 people, great size and space. Terrace with amazing water views. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Breakfast served daily on terrace. The rooms were clean and elevated from street level. Two friendly father / son team on hand.

  Unbelievably good value

  After a ferry from Naples and an hour's journey in a really packed bus from Ischia Porto, we arrived at Sant'Angelo, a quaint and pretty little village dominated by a huge rock. We were welcomed and our cases were taken upstairs (no lift), and were shown our room. We were delighted with it - it looked out to the rock and to the sea, and had a balcony - the setting was most picturesque. The room was clean and comfortable, and we were able to have our breakfast on the balcony. The village has a number of interesting shops and restaurants - a little pricey perhaps. And there are beaches nearby, thermal pools and opportunities for local walks. Buses can take you round to many of the other towns and villages, including Forio, near which are the marvellous La Mortella gardens of Sir William and Lady Walton. Recommended hotel.

  Fantastic place

  Excellent service by very friendly and helpful staff. The room with balcony facing the village and sea was fantastic. Breakfast on the balcony in the morning, sunset from the balcony or from the hotel terrace - just magic!
