  Excelent vacation!

  In general, everything was very good: the food was excellent if I compare it with my previous vacations. The animation staff group is very friendly and talented. My children did enjoy their stay in this hotel and would recommend it for other families.

  The best animation Team Thatcher i have ever Seen and the best Fitness coach Ahmed i like jet Ski and i like Disco Dance and Shows Because is every day a other Programm the Agua Gym is very nice and the Food her is very nice

  The worst hotel I have ever stayed in

  Went to stay at this hotel for four days just to have a break from staying in Sousse The first impression when walking into the hotel looked really nice but was very cold we was very early because we got an early morning flight so we was allowed to going to breakfast I was so cold I didnt want anything to eat but I thought once we got up into the room we would get warm when we got to the room it was like a freezer I have never been so cold in all my life as we was up since 3 oclock in the morning we decided to go and have some sleep I did not take any of my clothes off not even my coat got into bed with all my Close on Even my coat I did not take off we had two Quilts over us and we still had a job to get warm my partner went down to dinner I didnt we rang the rep up for travel Republic they got onto the hotel and the man brought up a small oil filled radiator which done absolutely no good whatsoever because the room was too big we got back In touch with reception and was told the heating comes on at 9 oclock at night at 9 oclock we put the heating on and all that come out was just annoys know a terrible night sleep got up the next morning went down to breakfast I had something to eat the room was unbelievably cold like the rest of the hotel thank goodness the Sun was out in the morning sat outside managed to get onto turn this ar in touch with reception and was told the heating comes on at 9 oclock at night at 9 oclock we put the heating on and all that come out which just annoys know a terrible night sleep got up the next morning went down to breakfast had something to eat the room was unbelievably cold like the rest of the hotel thank goodness the Sun was out in the morning sat outside managed to get onto Tunisiair Who change their flight to come back on the second day and all I can say is thank you to them and we didnt even get any charge what I recommend this hotel never in 1 million years absolutely disgusting what a total waste of money we didnt get back to how hotel until 1 15 im the first thing we done when we got into the room was put the heating on

  Hotel ok, horrible food

  We stayed for a week in the all inclusive plan in the hotel, the hotel is clean and the animation team does its best to entertain big and small. Plenty of activities for everyone but I must say I did not like the food at all, the breakfast was good just because you could order your eggs but lunch and dinner didt have the best options, at last in the weekend we had grill that was good

  The best chef !

  I went with my friends.. The hotel is clean, comfortable,and the animation team does its best to entertain big and small, Plenty of activities for everyone.Duringthe day there is lunch, breakfast and dinner in a three part buffet restaurant, with the possibility to sit outside. food and drinks was without any mistake. Fresh fruit for every meal, wide offer of meats prepared in many ways, also you can try there traditional Tunisian food You can enjoy pizza for lunch and dinner ! The superb animation team provided daily activities also shows in the evening which was also good fun. We really enjoyed our stay there and definitely well come back again! We can recommend this hotel to everyone :) .
