  No frills hotel

  While the hotel location is reasonable for the airport (it was about a 10 minute drive away) there arent many other redeeming features of this location. The hotel is simple but clean and for a single nights stay before a morning flight it was adequate, not the newest building but the rooms are of a reasonable condition. I struggled to find somewhere for an evening meal close to the hotel and I eventually gave in and went to the McDonalds which is over the roundabout from the hotel. There isnt a lift to the upper floors and I could hear the tv in the adjoining room- both points were minor frustrations with my stay. There is ample free parking though and friendly staff members. Its worth noting that there are at least two other Kyriad hotels close to the hotel, one which on Apple maps satellite navigation system was also listed as Kyriad Lyon est, so be careful with directions!

  One night drive through

  We stopped here for one night on a coach trip and a night on the way back. The rooms are small but warm. The bathroom was a nice size with a full bath in. Very clean. We had bed and breakfast one way, breakfast was very basic, tea and coffee, continental breakfast. On the way back we were asked if we wanted to have a meal which we needed to book before we got there. We found the meal overpriced and not very nice to eat. We also found spirit drinks are well over priced. One thing that is nice about this hotel is that there is a kettle in the rooms

  High quality breakfast, simple but efficient. Conveniently located between Saint Exupéry Airport and Lyon, not far from the Eurexpo that you you reach within 11 minutes. Sober rooms, the best thing is its quality breakfast that is for me important before a long working day.

  Nice Budget Hotel

  We stayed her for one night, as it was pretty close to the airport and stadium where the Womens World Cup Final was played. Needed to use Uber and Taxi to get around, but this was expected. Not a lot of restaurant options within walking distance, but this was a very short stay, with an early morning departure. Room was clean, air conditioning worked great, a little small, but that was expected for Europe. Overall, we would recommend for a short stay.

  Brilliant value

  First time at a Kyriad hotel and will be back. We booked early and the rooms and breakfast price was great. Rooms are modern and clean with great WiFi. Staff were friendly and breakfast was also good.
