    Great and unique experience!

    The hotel is absolutely perfect. Everything is just so great! The ambiance is fantastic and the view is spectacular. Staff are very friendly and attentive, we have been very well taken care of! We stayed 5 nights here and can definitely say this is one of our best vacations! Thank you for everything and we will definitely come back again ! ! !

    Best Hotel in South France

    "Great hotel, highly recommended! I was pleasantly surprised, the views, foods, price and accommodation was excellent. When I go to South France, I stay only in this hotel. Room was clean. Very spacious rooms and very attentive staff specially Loredana. The hotel is located near the seaside views like a picture. If I come to South France another time, I must stay here again."

    Superb service +scrumptious food

    My family and I enjoyed this mouth-watering food (Calamari a la crème de pois chiches avec jaune duf mariné et thym) SCRUMPTIOUS We also received exceptional service and the surroundings(view) were amazing. Looking forward to be back here in the future.

    Splendid hotel and staffs

    It the best place to relax and spend your vacation. The place is perfectly clean and had good ambiance. Lofti one of the staff make sure to help us with all we need. (Gives us drinks, towels etc.) Friendly welcoming staff as well. The receptionist Michaela was amazing! She make sure to answer what I ask for about the hotel. Shes polite,very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were superb and cozy. Would like to recommend this to my friends and looking forward to stay here again

    4*? No!

    The 4* hotel (unjustified) is very prettily decorated, white and blue, nice furniture and stunning views to die for from our big terrace with 2 sun loungers, table, 2 chairs and electric store to keep out the sun. The personnel and cleaning lady are lovely seasonal workers though perhaps possibly with a couple of exceptions, are not professionals at all and have to be versatile, working at the pool, repairing, serving, at reception Wrong food delivered or forgotten, upon my request lighting the candle on my table but not offering this basic service to the other tables, the way the food is handed to the guests and so on. I didnt feel or see any professionalism. The (young) manager could learn to be more welcoming and friendly to start with. And it would be a good idea to give that very tall member of staff a pair of trousers that do not end above his ankles, or to give the shorter members, trousers that do not trail on the floor. Poor men, what a comical sight ! The car park is small and a big problem if too many cars. Upon arrival you have to sign a discharge paper because if you want to swim, you have to climb down the rocks via a rope and idem back up again. The pool is very big though not heated. We had 2 days of the cold mistral wind and the temperature was too cold to swim in the pool. When we arrived, the beautiful room had a very strong sewer stink but I thought that if we opened the sliding window and ran water that it would go away. It didnt. Somebody came with a product and let the water flow. In the evening, the stink came back. The manager said he would have it fixed this time. When we came back from the hotel restaurant, our bedroom was not locked (!!) by the person who came to see about the smell but there was no more smell. For 24h! It indeed came back the last evening, reeking to high heaven but we were leaving the next day so I just let it be, closing the bathroom and opening the bedroom window and the stink was subdued but not completely. I was told it was because the room had not been used recently, it had rained, there was wind, it was too hot .. I was offered another room but the view was not as nice as mine, so I refused. Dinner was expensive, with small portions. The choice is limited and I only fancied the beef, which was a fairly reasonable size, but the minuscule mashed potato and boiled and not crispy fried onions meant I was hungry upon leaving. Never went back. There are lovely restaurants with delicious food and for half the price just down the road. Or takeaways that you could enjoy on the terrace. There is a safe, bath robes, slippers, kettle, powdered coffee in sachets, tea but no water or minibar. You have to purchase it at the reception. As for breakfast, unacceptable for a 4* hotel! Cold, (for the 3 breakfasts) ham and cheese omelette, made with just one egg shoved onto the plate, (not pretty at all), and no nice cheese taste, cheap natural yoghourt in a plastic pot, sausage, tiny slices but with so much fat, 3 sticks of Gruyère cheese, no mushrooms, tomatoes, real sausages, bacon or toast. Croissants and pain aux chocolats with no buttery taste and not extremely fresh. Disastrous. Our bathroom desperately needs to be done up. Only 1 of the 2 overhead lights were working, couldnt get the water to run from the tap in the bath because it was broken, and it took ages for the bath to fill with the shower head, the small shower was rusty coloured around the rims because the joints had to be cleaned and sealed, the 2 wall sockets on the desktop werent working, the small empty fridge made such a noise at night that we pulled out the plug, the beautifully sized wall TV in front of the bed had a very bright red LED light that could not be switched off, making it difficult to fall asleep . And all these things were reported but no solutions or feedback were given to us. The hotel was to close a week later for winter so perhaps they dont care! I know they only pay lip service but that's it. Nothing comes of it. And upon departure, nobody asked if we had enjoyed our 4 day stay nor any follow up mail, as all 4* & 5* hotels do. One thing is for sure, Ill be back next year for business reasons but I shall look for another hotel that has an equally stunning sea view and forget all about this one. Such a shame, it has such potential, it could even become a 5* hotel if managed in the right (professional) hands.
