  Granite by name and granite by nature!

  Stayed here with a friend for two nights whilst visiting Utah Beach museums. Rooms are definitely past it and the 10 breakfast is definitely not worth it. I asked for toast and eggs and the reply was definitely "non"! They have a bar but it seems permanently shut and the hotel itself shuts for lunch. I know that most of France shuts for lunch but a hotel! Not worth the money at all!

  Could you find anything better?

  Forniture is old, the parking is too busy and the room was smelling,probable cause a very old carpet.To use the wifi is hard, it is working randomly. The cost quality ratio cannot be considered as one of the best in this area. There is a very kind lady managing the hotel, but her presence at the hotel is quite limited in time.

  Now I know why it was the only place available!

  Hotels in France seem to fall in one of two camps; those that are still in the 70s when France seemed to think that it was at the top of its culinary and hotel game and those that are not so arrogant. Unfortunately this hotel falls into the former category; overpriced and over the top in 70s decor and lack of facilities that are a 'must' nowadays. Wifi doesn't work, the place seems to shut for lunch and after 7pm, no bar and no ambience. We won't be going again and prefer to stay in the car!

  Good hotel for short stay

  Really nice old building now a hotel, it's not modern but the rooms are comfortable although not the Ibis's of the world but very comfortable bed and room had a lovely stone balcony, nice hot showers and the breakfast was typical French and satisfactory, I think some people expect to much but we would have no hesitation in using this hotel again depends what you expect from a reasonably priced hotel

  Nice host for a nice stay

  The hotel is well located. The rooms and teh bathrooms are clean. The host does her best to ensure you have a nice stay. THis is only a bed and breakfast. The city offers a good variety of restaurants.
