  Hotel to avoid

  Hotel was dirty, noisy, old and damaged rooms, and worst of all no soap to wash your hands or take a shower. The staff was doing their best, but they had no key for the storage room to get soap..... This is below any standard.

  Awful Hotel

  TI would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are smoking floors (though I am, not sure if there are non-smoking floors as I was told it was not possible to change my room. Upon arrival it was clear that my bathroom had not been cleaned - it was disgusting, again it was not possible to change rooms. I think at a minimum, you should expect to be able to stay in a clean space, but this hotel does not offer it. I would never stay here again.

  Hot and bothered

  Being able to read a weather report, I decided to reserve a superior room for the night of June 29. This would be the hottest day of the recent heat wave. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that the air conditioning was out of order. There was no time frame when it would fixed. I checked into the room and found that a fan had been provided. The room had a great view of the Marne River and luckily there was a breeze. I stayed the night and it was bearable. I was able to negotiate a free breakfast. The staff was very friendly and the lack of air conditioning was not their fault. I felt the hotel should have contacted customers as soon as this problem arose. My reservation was non-refundable.

  Do not book this hotel

  I am currently staying in this hotel, the rooms smell, the air conditioning is not working, the lift does not work most of the time, the fans provided in the rooms are very small and the staff does not provide you extra fans. Please do not book this hotel of you don't want to spoil your trip.

  Basic and a bit run down

  Do not be fooled by the lobby, the rest of the place has not been done up yet. The rooms quit run down by many years of service without even a paint job. One colleagues room was also smelly (of smoke). Not a place i'd recommend if you have other options.
