  Wordt hotel ever seen

  Rooms were so dirty and they were stinking very badly...Not even single room was good...I need to know the place where I can post pictures .Patehtic word is also nothing ...Cushions were white in color but as they were not cleaned they were black ...Beds were blck filled with dust and rooms were stinking badly

  Lodge/dharamshala, not Hotel

  I had stayed here only for one night and had the worst experience. Stinking rooms, dirty linen, very poor service, scarce staff and careless attitude of reception personnel. The corridors were too noisy like there are in lodges or dharamshala. Only one person was Manning the reception, brooming the floor, mopping and coordinating with guests for any need. Food menu was very limited, no toiletries provided in bathroom, water pressure too low. My overall experience was so bad that memories of this hotel will continue to haunt me whenever there would be a mention of Mussoorie. The only positive about this hotel is owned parking space in hotel porch, everything else is a shame.

  Nice Location

  hotel was at nice location it is located at mall road with nice rooms food was really good and staff was very helpful and view from hotel terrace was nice hotel is having nice parking space and rooms were clean

  Hotel is located at Mall Road ....parking is spacious it can accommodate around 50 cars ...food is very delicious and menu is very low cost ,rooms are clean there is in house restaurant ...staff is always ready to help u anytime many gud restaurants are near like tavern , green vegetarian...myshop

  best accomodation with accessibility of every place to visit in mussorie.

  First and most important thing is location of hotel.It is located at Mall Road so u just have to reach hotel park your vehicle as Hotel is having gud parking space and visit places like Gun hill rope way and Mall Road by walking only . Food is also good at reasonable prices... but u are having many options for food as it is located at Mall Road
