    Over priced and out dated.

Over priced - prices were inflated during the Rugby World Cup and this was not good value. The hotel looks modern outside but the rooms are simply old - maybe 20 years old. Small with dirty carpets and worn furniture. Breakfast was poor - the main restaurant closes at 9.30am - can you believe that? The second restaurant closes at 10.00am but at 9.45am there was virtually no food left with a lot of people trying to get the staff to get more out. When scraps appeared there was quite a scrum just to get a croissant. Limited TV channels - nothing international. Check out is 11.00am sharp and any late check out costs approx USD20 per hour which is a rip off when the rooms are already over priced. The location isnt great. Its just beyond the central area of bars and restaurants and there will be numerous hotels better placed near the main areas of action that dont require you to get the metro/subway. There is nothing Premier about this hotel so cant recommend it - sorry.

Don't be fooled by the photos - very average stay, breakfast below average

Service was mediocre - early check in was charged 2000 yen per hour! most places charge 1-2000 yen per 2 hours. Breakfast buffet was below average, nothing like the picture on the website. Location was ok because we like walking - but keep in mind that it's at least 15 minutes walk to the main Nijo market and 20 to Odori park area. So we walked a lot. Not much to do in the immediate surroundings. Public bath was above average and I enjoyed the sauna but I wouldn't stay here again.

Nice stay let down by room cleanliness

The hotel is modern with reception staff that speak English and were helpful with bus times and directions, and facilities such as an onsen. It would have been a fine stay, but when we started to unpack after using the onsen, we realised there was an unsmoked cigarette lying on the floor in front of the bed. Along with a bathroom that didn't smell fresh, this made us feel uncomfortable about the cleanliness of the room, and it is not what you'd expect from a Japanese hotel. I called the hotel staff to come up, so they could see what we'd found and the staff member apologised half-heartedly and asked if we needed a change of room, but it was late and we'd half unpacked by then so we declined, although not before inviting him to speak with his manager and see if the people in the room before us were Chinese, as the cigarette was a Chinese brand and this would help prove to him that it wasn't something we'd left there. We didn't hear back and the next morning there was no mention of the incident when we went to check out. Normally when a valid complaint is raised, you'd expect a hotel to pre-emptively offer a sincere apology and some attempt at reconciliation. I told the receptionist I may need to mention it in a review and asked if they'd like to speak with their manager, and they apologised but said the manager was not there. So in conclusion, a good stay let down somewhat by a housekeeping oversight and poor response.

    Great location and Fabulous Onsen

Loved our stay at Mystays. So easy to get to from Chitose airport as the bus drop off is 100 metres down the road. My favourite feature of the hotel was the Onsen which I couldn't;t get enough of, clean, well stocked and never busy. The room was very small but that's Japan so we kept our snow boarding equipment downstairs. We only had breakfast at the hotel and it was good. I like the ground floor restaurant the best, not as busy as the buffet one. There are lots of great restaurants in easy walking distance and Nakajima Park was nice to explore. The station is right near the hotel so catching the subway was a breeze. All in all, I highly recommend this well priced hotel.

    Comfortable hotel (Retro review 2018)

We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children and we had booked a triple room at Hotel Mystays Premier Sapporo Park.. We decided to base ourselves here for 2 nights to explore Sapporo, Noberibetsu and Otaru and in summary, this was a comfortable hotel with good facilities coupled with a good location to explore Sapporo. The only joke was, they decided to turn off the central AC in autumn. The entire room is stuffy and warm, no amount of talks with front desk will solve the issue. The onsen is good though. This hotel gives me an unforgettable experience :)
