  Budget hotel

  The room is not special but liveable. TV is tube type though has satellite channels. Hotel is on the quiet Cemetery Road but is 5 minutes walk to the busy Beach Road and the beach. The hotel menu is catered by a good restaurant nearby.

  A simple value for money hotel

  After a long drive from Galle I was looking for a hotel to spend few days, first hotel I looked was US$ 90!, "do I want to pay so much to sleep?" after looking for a while I found Red rose. The manager was prepared to negotiate the cost, an excellent way to welcome the customer!!!! I stayed for three nights, excellent breakfast, had lunch and dinner out side. Plenty of hot water and very good air con for the room and also excellent Wi-Fi connection.

  one night

  Nice place for undemanding. Fish market near the ocean. Nice rooms, everything is fine. A suitable place for departure airport (closer). Opposite the shop, Restaurants 5 min walk. Bring along insect repellent (DEET 30-50%), there are alot of mosquitoes

  Aged hotel but good value for money and super friendly staff

  We booked this place from the airport because our other host was gone to sleep and did not check us in. I was happy with the room. It was big and had a balcony. It was quiet. The manager and his staff were very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was good and the tea was perfect. I taught him how to do indian chai and he got it perfectly the first time. My wife taught the room could have been cleaner though. There was many spider webs or the bed sheets really need to be change. The mattress was hard as I like it. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star.

  Nice budget hotel

  This hotel is located on Cemetery Road, the next road to road running by the beach. Hence, it is quieter The rooms range from small to big. Some are with A/C and fan, some with fan only. There is a good menu from a restaurant nearby. Otherwise, the restaurants are within walking distance.
