  Good location, but lack of service

  This hotel is very good in terms of location. Close to business and culinary area. Nice building and rooms. I stayed only one night, at 1209, supposedly a non smoking rooms, but when I checked in, this room smelled with full of smoke. They responded very quickly. Breakfast was not that great, poor choices, and service was so slow.

  One night with BAD experience

  Checkin mid of night 12 May 2016 : 1. Receptionist not friendly (Rinto) 2. No mineral water as complimentary, call services and they just prepare for you. 3. BAD INTERNET CONNECTION, wifi not connected. once connected the speed 0.23kb, should be improved asap. 4. TV remote not available in the room, another call services to delivery this tv remote

  Value of money and family hotel

  Good choice for family, and the attitude of the other guest are good (not noisy and crowd) Nice interior of lobby and breakfast area. The room are big enough, and i love the very big window to see the city view. Location in the middle of housing area and shopping district (but not walking distance). There's convinient store in front of it and tukang bakso (street food) and it taste good. The location is good and not noisy. The staff service are polite but not satisfiying. The breakfast are avarage. The beverage (non breakfast beverage) isn't complete but the price is good. The hotel offer welcome drink and free flow. My challenge only in cleaness quality. The towel and the toilet matts looks unclean and old and the color is not white anymore. I stay in duluxe room and see line of ants everytime i put foods in the table. Some of the wall has fungus and it doesn't looks good. Also the elevetor smells bad and slooow, we spent a lot time just to wait the elevetor. The room card didn't work so well, we have to over and over come to reception to fixed it, and it's not good experience plus slow elevetor works (and we stayed in 10th floor) But anyway, the bed are nicer than five star hotel, we slept very well. For budget hotel this hotel is worth to stay.

  Not Bad!

  Three time stay at this hotel for one reason only, because very near with my work place.First time stay i got very nice room but for two last visit i got room with not maintained well for the sanitation equipment. For the room was clean, good air conditioner, and for bath room was standard, no bathup, but have good water heater. The breakfast was average. The hotel around 1 hour by car from the airport.

  May be graded as average, only for breakfast.

  Breakfast was very tasty. Service in not so good i.e key system, hot water in bathroom, inconvenient cleaning time of common space, poor internet connection but reception is ok. Actually if somebody travels for 2 or 4 days , people usually do not buy internet packages.So hotel wifi becomes the only option for communication. I felt the necessity of free airport transport as most of the people can not understand English. And defective key card was also a major problem which could have ruined our plan.
