  Horrible receptionist , bad quality

  We visited this Hotel ( My father and I ) a while ago , we made a reservation and agreed on the price .From the moment I walked in , the receptionist started picking fights with us for no reason , and we were on a 9 hours trip , I tried to explain to him the situation , that I am tired and can I have my room please , he answered back by saying by saying that there's not any room and that I am being bossy , I explained to him I am that I am just tired , he then gave us a room that smells like garbage and was so dirty but we could not find any other place available so we stayed . Then he called us , screamed at us for forgetting to close the doors of our car ( my father is old and sometimes he forgets ) so I went down stairs and we argued about the whole situation . Thank God we were staying there for just one day . And by the way , they don't have enough food in the morning for everyone so must hurry or you will end up with some bread from two nights before and expired butter .

  One more vacation in Residence!

  We are third time in this hotel, and each holiday here is amazing! Thanks to everyone who works here, who made our stay so great! A few words about hotel this year. They made wi-fi in each room, reception bar and garden outside, the bar outside has place in the garden but now there is a new roof which can be open or closed (depends on weather). It made our stay more comfortbale, especially in the evening. The food is as usual great, the rooms are very clean, outside is very clean. Everyone is so friendly and helped us everytime when we were need it. Thank you so so so so so much! See you very soon! With love Your Anna, Lisa and Alisa

  September in Hammamet.

  We've been to this hotel 15 days in September 2016. Im not first time in residence, and this is the place which I want to visit again and again! I'm staying there last two years, and I appreciate so much the development of the hotel. Many things are not changing and this is the positive side, many things changed in a good way and there is no negative side at all. For the people who just thinking to visit this hotel I wanna suggest you residence. The hotel is sittuated in a very good part of Hammamet, between the old center and not so far from Yasmine Hammamet. To get to the beach takes about 5 min by walk. Inside the hotel there is a small garden, pool and bar. Prices in the hotel not so big, I would notice that some things costs less then in other places. The food is really good, and tasty. The staff of the hotel is the best staff in the world! They are so kind, they can help you 24\7 and they made my stay really great! Thanks to all the people who work in residence! We love you so much and hope to see you soon!

  Fells like at home

  We felt like at home. It's nice city Hotel with great hospitality. Stuff is really very friendly and helpful. We had nice room on the 3d floor with view on the green restaurant area, flags and sea. Food for dinner was delicious, breakfast food was boring. Rooms were cleaned every day, bed was decorated very nice way, but it was some dust on the furniture, there are put soap for us on the 4th day. Hotel has excellent local, because it's on the main road and there is bus stop - buses to Tunisia, Yasmin Hammamet, Nubel and Medina are available. 2 roads needs to be crossed to go to the beach, it has sunbeds and sun umbrellas. Wather is amazing beautiful. I recommend this hotel and definitely if I have a chance will visit again.

  What a little jewel !

  I been coming to Tunisia for 40 years and chanced on this hotel following a friends stay .The hotel is lovely rooms spotless food plenty and gorgeous . Cant fault it good location very nice staff friendly welcoming dont want to leave ...
