  Buen hotel económico, pero muy tarde check in

  Es un buen hotel, con buena ubicación (estación Bashamichi está al lado) y las habitaciones son pequeñas pero tienen lo necesario, lo mejor es reservar directamente con el hotel (yo lo hice con agencia y fue más caro), aunque es un hotel barato para Japón. Hay restaurant cerca y el desayuno es abundante y muy típico japonés.

  Great value

  The hotel has an easy access to two different subway lines. The room is small but you can find anything you need. Besides, for the price they are charging, I will say what are you expecting? I have stayed at a lot of hotels in Japan, and this one is doing really good comparing to other same level hotels. I will definitely stay here again next time when I am in Yokohama.

  Location and price

  Great budget accommodation. Low priced clean, small rooms. Free Wi-Fi can be spotty at times. Free breakfast has two caveats: it's heavily tilted towards seafood, and the staff asks you to pick a time window in advance. Room had all the basic amenities, including hair dryer. About 30 min cab ride from Haneda airport. Short walk to the trains (45-60 min to the airport). Some restaurants and shops nearby. A couple of nights there got rather noisy, so the soundproofing could be better. Staff has limited but mostly adequate command of English language. Altogether an inexpensive sleepover accommodation with easy access to the airport and trains.

  Excellent location and comfortable room

  I've stayed at this hotel several times. It's a typical Japanese business hotel but a very nice one at that. The hotel is just one block away from one the exits of Bashamichi Station, so it's extremely convenient to access that station, especially if you have luggage. The rooms here define what a typical Japanese business hotel looks like. They are a bit larger than your average size but not by much. The room is very clean and every imaginable amenity is available. I booked the slightly nicer room which means they even provided face wash and moisturizer for both genders. Some additional items are available in the lobby but mostly women products. Free use of coffee machine is available in the morning and evening. Breakfast service offer a good spread of options, including both meats and fish, along with various breads and salad, which should satisfy both Japanese and Western customers. All in all, I wish every business hotel is as good as this place - not over the top but address all the basics very very well.

  Great location, not comfortable

  Location is great. Get off on Bashamichi Station Exit 5 and it's right there. Literally 30 secs from the moment you reach ground level. There is my favorite Ootoya right downstairs. I hate the closest convenience store "Daily Yamazaki." They always have a smoke party right outside the door that you can smell in the store. If you plan to stay for a long time, there's a Gold's Gym within 30 seconds too. I simply can't recommend this hotel because I was unable to sleep well. The bed was rock hard and the room/hotel had a funky smell. The room is older. Torn wall papers, there was a plate that opens to the outside and that plate was broken. I can hear drunk gatherings even with the windows closed. The room is relatively larger by a tad bit in the price range compared to APA. If you choose to not have your room cleaned, they will reward you with either a drink or Ponta 200 Points scratch card. I would recommend APA Yokohama Bay Resort which is a tad bit more walk, but it's a lot newer and refined for the same price. The only downside is the smaller room.
