  Outch!!

  We stayed there two nights last March for a skiing weekend. No heartly welcome during check-in. Then, on the first evening, we had dinner in the restaurant. Both waitresses on duty hardly spoke german and had no experience in servin in a restaurant. Long waiting times for the standard dinner (more than 2 hours for 3 courses..!). After this, they even forgot to serve dessert and closed the kitchen. We insisted to get what we paid for so they had to call the cook - and we had to wait again... Absolutely unsatisfiyng breakfast buffet. Empty plates, no eggs, missing coffe cups and no personell cleaning the mess all the guests made. The room was dirty when we arrived and they even fortgot to clean it after the first night. Never will go there again!

  Overcharged and hotel did not compensate, even after agreeing

  I went there for a skiing weekend with 2 children. Location is close to the ski lift and indoor swimming pool is a treat for after ski. Deco is a bit old fashion. Problem is that I was overcharged when compared to what was agreed before going there. When I realised some days later, I exchanged emails with the hotel management, they acknowledged the situation but they never really executed the bank transfer that they had promised. Definitively a place NOT to go back.

  great location, large rooms, practically furnished

  welcome could be warmer reception is rather often not manned the rooms are good though, large and practical, with large windows location is great, for most outdoor activities, hiking, biking, and in winter skiing

  Excellent service, food and great location!

  Bookings.com made an error in my reservation and as a result I showed up without one. This was after doing an 8 hour hike over the mountain summit. I literally almost passed out in the lobby. They were super nice and took care of me. At dinner, everyone came to eat at the same time and the waiter was also very friendly and prompt with serving me food (since I was starving). For breakfast, things were slower and the waiter had time to chat a little, which was very welcoming. The room was nice and clean with an incredible view.

  Nice location with lots of hiking and walking possibilites near by + ski lifts

  A nice place to relax and unwind. Beautiful pastoral views, quiet rooms, good food. A special shout out to Giacomo -- we went off season, so he was highhandedly running the reception and waitressing service in the restaurant. Very competent and welcoming host! Overall, perfect place for a relaxing weekend getaway!
