  La tranquilidad en Seoul

  Estuve de paso por Seoul y hay que decir que la ciudad es un poco estresante aunque cuando entras por las puertas de este hotel cambia todo. Las habitaciones son silenciosas, acojedoras y relajantes. Todo está al minimo detalle. Personal atento, instalaciones limpias, eso si el desayuno quizás lo encontré un poco escaso. El resto todo perfecto.

  Hotel muy tranquilo y muy céntrico

  Este hotel se caracteriza por ser un buen hotel y, sobre todo, por ser muy céntrico, lo cual es básico en Seúl. Cuenta con los Servicios normales de un tres estrelles, pero lo mejor es la ubicación. En cuanto al resto, lo típico del servicio cortés coreano.

  Hotel is good and convenient

  Easy accessible to train station, amenities, shops. Staffs are friendly and they understand simple English. They are always there when we need assistance. In future, if i am coming back again, i would love to book this hotel again.

  Real K-hotel Experience

  This hotel has super great location, in the heart of Myeongdong area. You can feel the real K atmosohere, as you can find, name it, Korean streetfood, souvenirs, variety of restaurants, branded goods, street fashion, everything, just by walking around the hotel area. It also just minutes walk to the nearest subway station. The hotel itself is clean, modern minimalist design, with friendly staffs. If I had chance to go to Seoul again, this hotel will be on my top list choice.

  Best local but worst service

  We booked this hotel due to many good review about location. We stayed here for 4 days and experienced many bad services Positives 1) great location, right in the heart of Myeongdong Dong, shopping, starbucks on the ground floor, many nice restaurants 2) easy to get around, many taxis near by and not far from subway 3) relatively large room compared to other hotels in. Korea Things to be aware 1) staff were so unhelpful. We arrived at 9pm with 6 luggages and 2 small children. Staff at reception just looked and did not bother to help. Not even bother to helped open door and gave cold face 2) amenities kits, tooth brushes, etc did not give for free citing protecting environment. Hotel said we could go to receptionist and requested. We went down and the staff that day told us to go back to the room and said ear buds was in the hotel room. Super rude 3) Staff attitude: many staff could speak Japanese and they treated other guests very rudely and poorly (especially staff who worked in night shift). Need to train staff better with servicing attitude We probably will not come and and highly recommend other travelers to think carefully
