  Good, good, but.....

  So, the hotel is generally very good. Really good. The rooms are large, especially the bathrooms, warm, and from some rooms the view is really fantastic. The spa area is more than you can expect, with a hot swimming pool and a nice sauna, though be carefull, they close the area at 19h30, and they close it by switching the lights off completely which is very strange. Food is delicious and well served. The rastaurant stuff is more than polite. The only problematic part of the service is the shutlle bus for the gondola. The last shutlle to come back is at 17h30 which is unconvinient since the gondola is operating until 17h30. So, you have to be short up your skiing day to be down on time. After one problematic situation with the shuttle, the management didn't react professionally, they left us waiting for half an hour in front of the gondola and at the end they fought with us about that metter. So, the message to them, it is easy to be polite when everything is in order but professionalism is to stay polite even when things are not going fine. Overall, good hotel and very recomendable. Also, Campitelo is a very nice village but be aware

  Very good rooms and excellent massages!

  I had a short stay in this very good hotel. Clean rooms, very accommodating staff. Cleaning service always impeccable. The best part was the massages! Lilliana was absolutely excellent! Book an appointment with her and relax completely! :)

  Fantastic massage!

  The massage terapeut, Lilly, is outstanding! Very professional and skilled in adapting the treatment to my needs and gave good advice on nutrition complemets. It was definately the best part of the stay at Stella Montis. Thank you!

  Amazing hotel - we'll be back

  We spent 7 nights at the Stella Montis for a ski vacation and will defeniately be back next year. My 2 teenagers and myself loved this medium size family feel hotel. Food was delicious and varied and they made a special effort every night to make me special vegetarian options. Our server was just perfect as was the rest of the staff who were all so nice and helpful, including specifically the shuttle driver who dropped us off and picked up wherever we asked in the center. (Shuttle goes to the gondola which takes you up to the skiing area all morning and comes back all afternoon. ) The hotel has really nice views because it is a little above the center of Campitello so if staying right in the middle of town is very important to you take this into consideration. Our room was really good size and the bathroom is big with two sinks which is always a good addition. I wish the room had a kettle in it but I haven't seen this in any hotel in Italy... Last but not least- the pool and spa were perfect. My kids loved the round pool and jacuzzi and they allow kids in the spa if accompanied by an adult. The all new and beautiful spa has saunas, tons of different pampering showers with different smells (like tea and mint) cool and hot pools and even ice! And it's free! Loved it and spent every afternoon there - so except for the actual skiing you don't really have to leave the hotel - which is nice after such a tiring day. Loved this hotel and will defeniately return as soon as possible. Thank you very much to ALL the staff.

  Esquiando en los maravillosos Dolomitas

  Hotel confortable, con habitaciones grandes y baño amplio. Buen desayuno buffet y cena con platos a elegir y en general bien cocinados con variedad para no cansarte en la estancia (estuvimos una semana). Servicio de comedor impecable, el personal super amable. Tiene un spa bastante completo con saunas, baños turcos, diferentes tipos de duchas con aroma-terapia y una piscina de chorros típica. Por ponerle una pega, esta ubicado arriba de la colina de Campitello, por lo que es una zona tranquila y bajar no es problema al centro del pueblo, pero si la subida cuesta un poco mas. Tiene servicio de shuttle hasta el remonte para subir a pistas. No nos gusto un tema colateral al hotel y es que había un grupito de rusos que no eran muy educados y por tanto la convivencia con ellos cuando coincidíamos en restaurante o spa era bastante complicada.....ahí lo dejo. Imagínense con una panda de maleducados como compartes un buffet con cierto orden y limpieza.
