  Bad services, unpolite staff, very inaccurate structure

  Bad services, unpolite staff.... INTERNET SERVICE SURVEILED AND VERY VERY VERY SLOW, wayt 5 minute for a google page !!! Breakfast room very tight and not enought table for any one, should wait a long. Keep away from thi shotel

  Great place to stay!

  Really great place! Clean rooms, lovely welcoming with excellent customer service! Staff speak English and are as helpful as can be. Breakfast in the morning is only 5 and is great to wake up to. Bathrooms are nice too.

  Nice one night stop hotel, but a littlr oudated

  We stopped in the hotel on our way to Austria. We called the hotel to inform them that we will arrive after 10PM and they told us that the reception is closed so late and that we have to pick up our keys with a code (a code which was quite easy)...When we arrived quite late it was something like a post box and when we put the code we get our keys, to open the entrance door and our room. It was OK I just worried with such a easy code, what if somebody else has just put the same code before us...Seams that this system is quite used in Germany, so maybe is just fine...but you never know...To the hotel, try (if possible) to give more complecated code to your customers. The hotel is quite big, that's why not understandable that they do not have 24H service. The room was enough big for us 2 adults and 2 children with separate 2 beds for the kids. There is a free WIFI, you get the codes and although the connection was not very good is acceptable. That's was the good. In the room was very hot, no A/C and it was a electrical fan, but was not working. The window was open, but we close it immediately since wasps were entering in the room (most probably from the roof, since we were in the last floor. The double bed was OK, but the separate beds for the lids were not confortable and they could not sleep well. The whole room was looking outdated (meaning like the hotel was build in the 80s and since was not much have been refreshed); same for the bathroom, everything was working, just was quite old stuff. Personally I think that the price requested for the room was too high compare to was you get, but maybe they are playing with the fact that we are 4 people and is very difficult to get a single room for 4 people.

  Budget is budget....

  I just visited the hotel for one night. I arrived and the staff was friendly. The room wasn't very well cleaned, it was smelly. There was a lot of sound from the roads in front of the door. The staff actually left for a while and u had to wait on them for my key. The hotel looks to be in some kind of renovation. There is literally a bed with 1 pillow with a blanket. There was a fan because of the heat. The shower wasn't very clean and the sink had hairs in them. I didn't want to go downstairs again to complain because I was going to be there one night. Also the staff told me they would be gone later in the evening. It was a cheap price but they definitely made it felt like a very cheap experience. If I had a choice, I wouldn't stay there again. But in the end you get what you paid for.

  OK quality/price ratio

  I stayed for two nights and I would say it's good value for the money - at least in this region. It's not new but everything was well maintained, working and clean. Wi-Fi was OK I could watch YouTube no problem. Breakfast bar also alright. Only thing I didn't like was the headboard. There's like a little shelf where I hit my head several times but I guess it's my problem being clumsy
