  Decent hotel with good location.

  Best part is kitchen which is open round the clock. Breakfast have limited options. Staff is friendly and cooperative. Good place to stay for a short trip. Location is excellent. Quality of food is good. Slightly need to improve there service. But overall a decent place to stay. Felt comfortable and safe :-)

  Central but dirty location

  If I close my eyes and think of the hotel, I only remember the noise, and dirt. It's not really dirty, but there was no feel of spic and span anywhere. I could see the sunrise from my room, and trains passing by, which is great - because I love both. But to see them, you also have to see the pigs playing in the trash pile right opposite the hotel. That's a sight that you want to, but cannot forget. Also, the trains pass by every 15-20 minutes so unless you love the sound of a passing train, you are not gonna like the disturbance. The reception area is quite congested. But the service staff is very amicable, polite, and helpful. The room is about okay, but the bathroom gave me a depression - it's so small that you keep slamming into either the sink, or the WC, or the door. They have put modern shower equipment but it does not fit in that tiny bathroom. One other thing I noticed was that the towels, although washed, were really old, and almost yellow in color. I really thought I paid good money for this place, but turns out it's a basic room and that's that. The only saving grace was that the TV in the room played all my favorite channels. The food area that they claim to be a restaurant, is really just 3 round tables with 5-6 chairs around them. The first night I wanted to relax in a sprawling, lively restaurant, but when I saw the dinning area, I ordered room service. Thankfully, the food was great. So is the breakfast spread. The hotel arranged a taxi for our trip to Sanchi, Udaygiri, and the local lakes, and it was money well spent. The rate is 1500 INR for 8 hrs/80 km, with an extra 10 INR for every km. We booked the taxi for 12 hrs/250 km and paid 2600 INR. It's always safer to book a taxi through the hotel since there is someone accountable. The hotel is around 17 km from the airport and it cost us 300 INR by auto. You can also take a taxi for 400 INR. The railway station is 7 km away and I paid around 90 INR the day I left. If you are looking for a place in the center of the city, and are tight on budget, you can go for this hotel - but do make sure that you ask for their best room. Although I haven't seen it, the staff promised that the suite is beautiful. Your call. I am gonna try and book a different hotel next time, even if I have to pay more.

  Worse experience

  Never stay in this hotel, it is at worse place and too noisy. Hotel staff in highly unprofessional and unresponsive. Near railway line and kitchen at terrace. Whole night there is noise cmng from terrace.

  Official visit

  Front office hospitality is good. Infrasturucture of rooms are good. Overall experience is average as staff of room service is not so professional. But hospitality of front office is good. Nagendra ji,Ashwani Ji in front office were awesome people. Arvind, Raj,Sandeep in restaurant they were good behaviour people. Sahoo is very hardworker in room service.Overall it was good experience. At the End Karan sir and Mishra ji liked person backbone of hotel.

  Very noisy

  The biggest problem with this hotel is that it has ZERO noise insultion not for a minute you find the room with one or other kind of noise toilet wall share with adjacent room toilet while booking oyo showed me different types of room with different price opted for the best on arrival i checked the room alloted it was a very ordinary small and not ventilated and when i objected they told me they have only one type of room all same called deluxe why i was misled by oyo not recommended
