  very poor experience during off season

  We were the only guests in the hotel travelling with a voucher which made us pay (and eat) the breakfast and dinner at the hotel. As no other guests were in the Hotel (for the entire 3 nights) Managment did not turn on the heating, room and and breakfast/dining area were very cold. We were left alone in the Hotel during the night. Showers in the morning only possible with cold water, breakfast italien style, dinner very poor qualitiy and sometimes not enough food (we've paid 27E for breakfast and dinner). There was no cook at the Hotel the owner tried to cook himself, but clearly had no experience or talent. Room okay and spacious enough, beds very soft (matresses very old). On our last morning we waited for one hour but noone showed up for giving us the breakfast or handle check-out procedure.

  We were there last week me and my kids so kindly good food nera to the sea park air condition nice place next year web will come back for all of that. And also for the staff rosa , bob , Alice. They are allways in time . My kids had a good time pietra ligure iscritto a perfetto place for kids all the day swiming playing and by night so calm
