  Excelente opción

  El hotel está perfecto, la atención inmejorable y la habitación está llena de detalles :). La cena de bienvenida es deliciosa. Y esta bien ubicado. Opción para venir solo, familia o pareja. Siempre lo usaré.

  Very dusty rooms

  We stayed here for 4 nights and found the rooms are extremely small (barely any space to walk around) and SO dusty. They clean the bed everyday and provide new towels, but you can tell they never bother dusting anything as you can see dust mites flying around constantly and settling on your belongings (see photo of dust gathered on wine bottle left for only one day). It feels as though they only do a surface level clean and the floor also feels very dirty. You get what you pay for, but it was disappointing the rooms were not more clean as this is what we experienced everywhere else in Japan!

  Really bad experience so far

  I've just arrived to the hotel 3 hours ago and I already have many disappointing stories : - The parking system is a joke: You pay 2000yen to park for the day. But if you dare to take your car out of the parking space (and somebody occupies your space) you'll lose your space (and the person who took the space will ALSO PAY 2000YEN!!!???) AND YOU DON'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!! Does this make sense to you? - When arrived to the room, I only found 1 small pillow for each bed (no larger than 40cm). Asked reception for 1 more for each bed, but they said ONLY 1 MIRE PILLOW IS ALLOWED!!?? - Same with the towels. We are 3 people (2 adults and one child - child don't pay) but only put 2 towels. Although I asked and they gave it to me, it doesn't make sense that they don't give you enough towels for all people in the room. I really hope the situation improves during my stay but it's not a pretty picture from the beginning.

  Dusty & Dissapointing

  Stayed here at the end of Nov for 2 nights for the end of our trip and I couldn't have been more dissapointed. We did store luggage successfully on arrival and this was moved to our room for us once it was ready, which was nice. This was the only thing about our stay which was good. They no longer offer free Ramen or ice cream as mentioned in older comments. I didn't bank on this so I was ok when they advised they had stopped this, it would just have been a nice touch. No more Handy. For those who don't know, this is a useful smart phone that can be taken out of the room. This was actually the main reason I chose this hotel over others. I researched hotels with this Handy before booking, I asked where it was after finding it missing from the room and was told they stopped this at the end of Aug 19. No notice given and nothing could be done. Advised them how unhappy I was and I got a oh sorry, ha ha ha. The room itself was dusty, no milk in the room for the coffee sachets and the bathroom has an unnecessary steep step to get into. There was also a frosted window, which was not advertised. Breakfast was basic but ok and basically what you would expect for the price. There was a coffee machine offering a mocha but it just chucks out filtered coffee, when I asked what was going on, they made out I kept pressing the same button so gave up. The location was good for a walk around and a short walk to the nearest station I think it was around 30 mins from Osaka castle and around the same to Dotonbori area, which pretty much covers everything there is to do in Osaka. For those of you reading and saying 'what do you expect for a cheap hotel' the answer is, a clean room with amenities as described when payed for. This is not what I found at this hotel, there are cheaper hotels with great reviews. I chose this one because if a Handy I didn't get.

  Convenient location to transport

  Very busy little hotel. When we arrived there was enough luggage in the lobby for a cruise ship. We were too early to check in and eventually when we did our luggage was easily found. Rooms were clean and very small which was OK for the fact that we only needed to sleep there.
