  Nice, but HARD to find!

  This hotel was very pleasant with friendly staff and we had a very well equipped, though by European standards, small room. Would recommend the place EXCEPT it is extremely difficult to get to if you want to walk the short distance from the rail station. Sadly, because it's a nice place, I would recommend you give it a miss until the management provide detailed instructions on how to get to them from the rail station! It really is a pain to find (but not impossible of you're up for the challenge!)

  Great hotel near Umeda and Osaka stations

  Located slightly less than a km from the Shin Umeda and Osaka stations, it is very convenient to catch the metro and trains. The Shinkansen station is a stop away at Shin Osaka Station. There a long E Street with a huge variety of food and entertainment along the walk to the hotel. Many 7-Elevens and Family Marts around too. We even walked to Osaka Castle which was a slightly long but pleasant walk in the autumn. Hotel reception is located on the 2nd floor and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a bar on the 1st floor where you can get your welcome drink anytime, ranging from wines to juices. We had a twin room which was a bit tight but that was pretty much Japanese room standard. Bathroom was reasonably sized with a bath tub. Has a coffee machine and fridge. Did not try the breakfast though as there was a few breakfast places around to try. Overall, very happy with the service, room and location of the hotel. Will choose Wing International again if I come back to Osaka. Price was very reasonable too.

  Compliments to the hotel staff

  I am writing to compliment one of your colleagues, Yamaguchi san, for the excellent service he provided us. We left behind some items in the previous hotel. Fortunately we could rest assured that Yamaguchi san did us a favor to make several calls to that hotel and also wrote us a letter in Traditional Chinese on the loss issue on the next day.

  Convenience Location, good for the budget

  I have them keep my luggage with them 4 days before my check-in and the staffs were very welcome and helpful. The hotel is a bit difficult to find, guess it is normal for Japan but you never lost using Google map. The room was OK, clean and acceptable for it's price. Getting around and walk to the station was easy.

  Great location

  We stayed in a standard twin room, it had plenty of space for us, there was a little nook were we could put our suitcases. Beds and pillows were comfy and the rooms had a great feel about them. This place is in a great location and an easy walking distance to Umeda and Osaka Station, along with restaurants and shops. The staff we spoke with were absolutely lovely with providing us directions to certain places and providing us with masks especially the smaller ones for my son. We would stay here again.

  Great location, great stay

  Like I said in my previous review, we would stay here again and we did. We stayed in a standard twin room again and it was still perfect. This time we had breakfast included which was a mix of Japanese and Western and filled our bellies. We would stay here easily again

  Hotel Wing International Select Osaka Umeda

  Room very small to say the least. Room was very hot and difficult to cool down so had to leave the window open. Every 3 days for room cleaning but can leave towels outside your room for a change. Had enjoyed fresh sheets at other hotels. On a main road so was extremely noisy. Sadly not a great experience for us.

  Aspectos positivos: -personal sumamente amable, dispuestos a ayudar incluso con barreras idiomáticas -ubicación privilegiada cercano a la estación -amenities varios disponibles (desde peine hasta enjuage bucal y cera para el pelo) -servicio de lavandería con precios razonables -habitación bien distribuida a pesar de ser pequeña Aspectos negativos: -el baño de mi habitación tenia un suave olor a cloaca que no desapareció durante toda la estadía -la habitacion olia a comida -la ventilación se hizo complicada puesto que si abría la ventana entraba todo el humo del extractor de un local de comidas debajo -la habitación no se limpia todos los dias -la cama, a pesar de ser un estandar japones, era pequeña para dos personas

  Great Location in Osaka.

  Great location! Another great selection of options for your bath, shaver, salts, soaps and so on. Card access your floor. Close to access trains and food places. Bathroom was tight, but worked around it. Enjoyed having a bath after walking each day.
