  Disgraceful

  Why can I not choose no stars? One star is very generous. Horrendous hotel. The whole place was smelling of cigarettes. The showers and toilets were disgusting. the lights didn't work in the majority of the toilets or showers so you were left in pitch black. The bedrooms are filthy, stained sheets, dirt around the sink and mud on the floor. To top it off, they give our room to someone else when we were out in the city, when we arrived back it took the guy on reception half hour to give us a new room....I was nearly going ballistic! He kept telling me to calm down, but I had driven from the UK and only slept for two hours the night before and had just spent 100 euros on a taxi from the city because its too far away. Do not stay at this hotel. EVER.

  Horrible location. Horrible hotel. Horrible staff.

  Up there with the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Too us 45 minutes to check in because the guy kept answering the phone... when politely asked why he won't check us in, he flew off the rails and was rude (and lucky he didn't have a clip!!). Following that, we got sent to the wrong floor. Twice!!! Then eventually got to our cell and our key code unit for the door was ripped off the wall!! HORRIBLE communal showers and toilets which looks like tramps with stomach bugs have been smashing they're way through them. Put more on your budget and DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

  What can I say the less said the better probably - AVOID

  Absolutely appalling hotel!! Train track right behind it. Train goes past and the hotel shakes. The hotel is also seemingly home to refugees placed here at the expense of the French tax payer! Absolute dingy dump of a place. In what appears to be a dodgy area too as its surrounded by high fencing and gates just so you can get the compound feel like you would if you where staying in a "hotel" in East Timor.

  AVOID!!

  If I could give no stars to this place then I would 100%. Please please please for the sake of your safety avoid this place. My boyfriend and I were going to stay here just before we crossed the French border and as soon as we turned up we wanted to leave. The area was absolutely filthy with litter all over the car park and children running about everywhere and hanging out of windows. Not being over dramatic at all, we felt like we had driven into a township. Not wanting to leave our car in fear of it being broken into, we went into reception to cancel our booking as we were going to stay at another hotel. We were waiting for 5 minutes before someone came to the desk who didn't speak a word of English which should be a requirement at a hostel or hotel or whatever this place was. After struggling with Google Translate we managed to cancel and went on our way. I know the room was only £30 and we shouldn't have expected much but this was a whole other level of low. Save your money and don't bother.

  HORROROSO!!

  Escogimos dormir aqui por que nos pillo en ruta por la autopista Hotel dejado que parece este en obras Habitacion minuscula y fria..no funcionaba calefaccion Los banos son comunitarios y no funcionaban las luces El agua de la ducha fria No hay toallas..hay que pagar 3 euros por cada una ..si a ello sumamos los 40 euros de la habitacion..un robo Lo unico bueno poder aparcar en la puerta No lo recomiendo
