  El hotel está muy céntrico. El desayuno es bueno, variedad de panes quesos y jamón. El mobiliario de la habitación parece estar renovado. El baño tiene ducha y bañera al mismo tiempo. Tiene un salón de juegos para niños pequeños.

  The staff is awesomme! Very polite and caring. Without them, the hotel itself would have one star from me!

  As above mentioned, the hotel staff is great, the cleaning staff as well. Very professional and allays with a smile. Thanks for that! The hotel itself is degrading. The lobby is dusty and filthy. The carpet looks disgusting. The rooms has gone through a lot it seems. And it smells like a old cruse ship that seen better days. The staff that cleans the rooms are understaffed, keeping the room cleaning into late afternoon, 17,00. Unacceptable. The breakfast is very good, but only because it's served by O'lerys, (a franchise sports pub in Sweden) I've heard that after a new ownership, it went from OK to crap in seconds. All of the staff gets a five from me, trying to keep this sinking ship floating.

  Hot rooms and mediocre customer service, but great breakfast

  Stayed here for a night with my family in July. I've got nothing negative to say about the look of the place, but the temperature in the room was extremely high and there was no AC available. To make matters worse, our room was facing the road, which meant that keeping the windows open let in all the noises from the street. Despite this, we tried to cool down the room by keeping the windows open, but to no avail. At close to midnight I saw no other option than to seek out the receptionist to ask for a fan, but after five minutes of searching he couldn't find any fans available. As a last resort, he gave me the big industrial fan used in the reception, which I'm grateful for, but even that didn't help lower the temperature in the room. I've never slept in a room with such a high temperature and unfortunately it made for a night of poor sleep. Kudos to the receptionist for trying to help out that particular night, though. Unfortunately, the customer service was mediocre for the rest of the stay. We weren't even asked how we enjoyed our stay, nor were there any apologized issued for the inhumane temperature in the room. Granted, a hotel might not be able to solve such an issue easily, but surely they could invest in more fans and even consider installing an AC. The breakfast was great, though. And the playroom in the basement was a positive surprise.

  Clean, fresh and very reasonably priced

  This hotel has a nice and central location. The rooms are medium sized. Everything is neat and clean. The staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet is excellent including a variety of gluten free and lactose free options. If you plan on staying there during the weekend ask for a room as far from ground level as possible since it gets quite noisy in the O'leary's bar (closing at 3am).

  Bad hotel!

  The room was dirty, and the bathroom. There is no safe in the room. My husband and I was there for a weekend. From my room there was taken some jewellery, and the hotel take no responsibility. Thats really bad! So I will never come back again to this hotel.
