  Muy bueno

  Este hotel residencia es muy cómodo, con excelentes instalaciones que disfrutan grandes y chicos. Son departamentos muy limpios y amplios con todo lo necesario para pasar unas agradables vacaciones. Cuenta con actividades de todo tipo, gimnasio, piscina, lazy river y mucho más y además la gente es muy amable. Uno puede tomarse un bus que te lleva a un muelle para ir a la playa privada del Hyatt en bote, con una vista excepcional y toda una aventura.

  Excelente Hotel

  Acabo de estar en el hotel y la verdad que muy bueno, tanto el hotel, las habitaciones, el servicio, y todas las actividades que tienen para los niños. Las piscinas excelentes y tienen varias e inclusive tienen una que es solamente para adultos. Muy tranquilo hotel y super limpio.

  Wonderful Trip

  My husband and I went there for the weekend to celebrate our 21st anniversary. We had a wonderful time. From the time we checked in to the time we left the service was great. They even left us a note and a bottle of wine for our anniversary. The hotel was clean and all the staff were polite and professional. We will definitely go back! We enjoyed the pool, and the lazy river and we also went to the beach. The lady who drove the boat was awesome and we even stopped to see dolphins. We stayed in a 1 bedroom and it had everything you needed and more. Cant wait to go back and bring the rest of the family.

  Good escape

  We came here looking for a change of scenery after being cooped up due to the ongoing pandemic. We picked up groceries or ordered takeout for dinner. Our days were spent at the pool or the beach, away from other individuals. To get to the beach, you have to make a reservation in advance and then get yourself to the ferry launch. In the past, they had a trolley shuttle that would take you to the launch but due to Covid that isnt happening at this time. Once at the beach, its definitely relaxing! Back at the resort, the pool was nice. While there are many chairs, the social distancing there was interesting. Some random chairs were blocked off, but I was surprised at how minimal this was. 1 out of the 5 days we were there we saw someone walking around the pool cleaning. The rest of the days we didnt see any cleaning up around the pool going on which was rather interesting seeing as how we had gone to the Hyatt Residence Club in Sedona and they had a very thorough disinfecting process after guests left the pool chairs and tables. The rooms themselves are showing wear, however we do plan to return in the future due to the amenities, location and attentiveness we get while being there. Anything we needed during our stay, the front desk was on it. All in all, we look forward to returning in the future.

  Not as advertised

  My family and I were very excited to come stay here for a week. I was very upset when we arrived to our room and it was not at all like the photos. I attached a photo to show what was advertised and what our bathroom actually looked like. We usually stay at hotels near or on the beach and this is the first time we stayed at one that had such a bad smell of mildew. I give 3 stars because the property there is very beautiful and well maintained and the staff was very friendly! The staff was the best part. But the owners need to definitely do an update or at least post photos that are accurate. We ended up checking out early.
