  Divino!

  Excelentemente bien ubicado. Muy acogedor. Tranquilo Agradable Habitaciones confortables y completas. Solo puedo criticar que no había sales para baño para usar en el jacuzzi. No había gorra de baño (para evitar mojar el pelo en la ducha) y los empleados de la recepción no hablan nada de español. Creo que deberían por lo menos saber el diálogo básico de bienvenida. Por demas un hermoso lugar para visitar.

  Lugar perfecto en la zona

  No es de los más lujosos ni grande de la cadena Hyatt, pero está ubicado en la mejor zona de la de Key West, a una cuadra de la calle Duval y es perfecto para descansar y recorrer la zona caminando. El personal es muy amable y atento, pero cero español. En estos tiempos deberían mejorar esto ya el turismo es su rubro. La habitación era muy cómoda, con jacuzzi y muy buena la limpieza.

  Great location but kind of disappointing

  I am a 20 year member of the Hyatt Vacation Club. This is the 8th property in the system I have visited with my family. Like everyone says, you cant beat the location. The daily view of the sunset is spectacular. But beyond that, it is not nearly up to the standards of the other properties. The rooms are clean but tired. The decor is in desperate need of a refresh. The most disappointing factor is the lack of a washer/dryer in the room. To add insult to injury, the 1 machine on our floor is broken. I should have just returned to the Beach House property.

  Just for fun

  Went down for a long weekend. As everyone says a bit underwhelming when compared to the other Hyatt properties, but the location is perfect, easy to everything for walking. Really nice all in all. Bathroom was small compared to other vacation club properties but not a huge deal for me. Unit was extremely clean, though lacked cookie sheets, which is strange since the local pharmacies had a limited food selection so I imagine that a lot of people grab a frozen pizza or two during their stay (which the front desk confined was in fact a frequent request) but I made the one I had, (which was more like a drip pan) work. Felt very safe and comfortable here. Loved the location, the ceiling fans were essential, and given the chilly weather the bugs where almost non existent so leaving the door and windows open with the fans going was comfortable for me during the day and some nights too. Other that that it was well equipped, and CVS was close so everything I wanted was easy to get. Duval is right there and jet ski rentals and night cruises are easy to get to. Would go back for sure and recommend to others as the views and the patio are spectacular!

  Not like the photos

  Start with the good-excellent location. Nice views...nice pool area. While this place carries a Hyatt name and price tag...it certainly feels more like a tired Hyatt Place rather than a high end Hyatt. For the price it should be nicer. I stayed in a 1 bedroom, Unit 321B above the office. When I reserved it, I was clear to point out that it was my 10th anniversary so it would be nice to have a nice unit. The bathroom was small..nothing like the photos...no spa tub and the entire bathroom and hall smelled like pee....as if it had seeped into the subfloor. Staff didn't seem to care. For whatever reason, there was another unit attached via the in unit hall and I had the joy of hearing everything the neighbors did and said. I have stayed at Hyatt Residences before, specifically Pinion Point in Sedona...and that was much nicer with no doors to adjacent units inside the room. I asked for a call from the manager and never got one. Worth the money...absolutely no. I would have changed rooms but the person who checked me in made sure to point out the unit I was going in was the only one available. My wife and I made the best of it and still enjoyed our trip...but for just shy of $2,000 for 3 nights...at least provide a nice place.
