great holidayLocation is fantastic its right opposite the main strip, a cash machine at the cross roads, bubbles bar is best value for money and the drinks have alcohol in them unlikemsome of the bars on the strip george and maria are lovely and the food is brilliant. As for our arrival we were welcomed warmly by sofia, she showed us the room and all the amenities were in good condition, the air con and safe for the week is 50 euros, a god send with 30+ temperatures. Across the road is a supermarket which had everything we needed especially essential booze. The walk to the beach is about 5 mins you walk past half a dozen bars. We did notice loads of strip joints, which would be suitable for a lads holiday.... the beaches are nice, the beach at the end of thenstrip is busiest,so we went left past the small pier where the sightseeing boats are and found a nice beach good for snorkeling, loads of fish and further on is mandomata beach (the nudist beach) we didnt see anything worth writing about. If you go left on the main beach you get all the boat trips and water activities like parasending . No bad points to mention , some darker curtains would be nice as it would be more helpful for anyone suffering from a hangover lol great studios and great pool, I would recomend this to friends.

Slightly disappointedThe location of this place is very, very good. Excellent is the best word. Within 3-5 min of walk you can get everywhere you want. The town centre, taxis, bus stops, the Red train, McDonald's, shops with food, clothes, pubs, restaurants, pharmacies, tourist information, beach.. Anything. Rooms are tidy and quite nice. Form the balconies you can easily see the sea. It is quiet despite the fact that the building is located near the main road. Behind it you have got nice sunsets enhanced with a small 'mountain'. It looks really nice. The things I don't like: nobody speaks any other language than Greek, you can't get any information,on the day of your leaving your bus will come to pick you up at 19:00 but you have to leave your room at 10:00(sic!), the good thing is that euro can solve all the problems. That means you can either pack up and leave and stay by the pool for 9hrs or pay some extra miney and stay inside. 'very nice surprise gift' for good bye. If you don't ask you won't even know what time you have to check out because there is no information. You like hot weather outside? Good. You don't like it inside? Me neither. Prepare some more extra money to pay for the air con. Oh... And prepare some more for the safe if you want to have one. You will have it in your room. But you will get your key only if you pay.

Worst holiday yet !Me and my boyfriend were here for 11 nights 6th July till 17th Which felt like forever. We arrived and their was no reception we had to ring the manager Sofia for our key which then she pulled up in her car and showed us to our room. The rooms were basic and dated and the self catering facilities were rubbish, two hob cooker no oven, just a kettle no toaster microwave etc. Then you had to pay 7euro a night if you wanted air con which we thought was ridiculous so we suffered in temperatures of 45 degrees but we slept with all the doors open on a night. The rooms were cleaned every day but their was no cleaning carried out just clean towels and sheets. The floors were filthy and the cleaner doesn't mop under the bed their was crumbs everywhere. Check out is at 12noon and we didn't get picked up for airport until 7.00pm so we had to leave our bags in their cleaning room then help our selfs to collect as nobody was around as was no reception. It's a family run hotel by Sofia and her parents. Sofia talks slightly good English but the parents don't speak English at all they were hard to communicate with. Our toilet broke but Sofia's dad was quick enough to go fix it which was a positive. We where on top floor Their is no pool it's non existent horrible view looking at a empty pool even though it's ran by bubbles bar next door. It's such a shame it's not open no more as would have been handy to cool down. If you want to use a pool their is antonios snack bar pool if you turn right and walk up the street for 250 metres or so. Buses run every 45 mins and theirs a stop oppisite the apartments you can go almost all over rhodes. Rhodes town is a must it was lovely walking round the old town. The location is good for bar street and club street, but we found faliraki ain't all as it's made up to be so if your thinking of a mates holiday don't book up you will be disappointed we thought the place was a hell hole theirs more tourist shops than restaurants bars and clubs and more strip joints than out else. If your a couple I would recommend you book up for another resort !!!!! The beach is a 10 minute walk if that which is really big and plenty of space and water sports and sun loungers 4euro a day Safe to say we will not be visiting faliraki ever again it was disappointing. It's very expensive to eat and drink out so I would recommend all inclusive or take plenty of cash ! Their is a supermarket if you turn left just up the main road. Handy little thing. If your wanting luxury don't book this you will be so disappointed we only stayed here because we got given this holiday and changed the names on the booking. Oh but free wifi was probably the best thing about the full studios

Nice placeNice host, nice hotel, very clean. Free Wifi, fridge. I would choose it again. It is worth the money. I can recommend it, it is near to the beach and the city life, but far enough to have quiet night.

Very clean and quiet appartment and very friendly hostWe had a lovely stay at Iatridis studio's in September 2018. The host, Sofia, is a very nice lady who will do the utmost to make your stay a good one. She cleans the rooms every day. The rooms are basic, but there's everything you need. A bathroom, a fridge, a kitchenette and a balcony. You can cook your own mail there if you want. The beds are also very good. Not to hard and not to soft. The building is located at the main road, but since the windows are double glass, you do not hear the noise very well. We had a very good sleep.
