  Buen hotel, cerca del centro de Aalen

  Estuve alojado varias veces en este hotel, varias semanas, por trabajo. No hay muchas opciones en el lugar, Aalen es un pueblo pequeño. Las habitaciones son muy simples, tiene un frigobar con bebidas, TV LCD con varios canales, y es desayuno es muy bueno, me gustó, bastante variedad, creo que tienen en cuenta que a pesar de ser un pueblo chico, recibe gente de todos lados, por la empresa que allí está (Zeiss). La ubicación es buena, a un par de cuadras del centro, y a 7, 8 cuadras de la estación de tren, o sea, es bastante fácil llegar. El personal es muy amable (tengo entendido que es un hotel familiar), y te ayudan en todo lo que pueden.

  Nice Hotel in Good Location

  Aalener Ratshotel is a basic hotel, small, clean and comfy one. It is in a good location, just in the city center, 10-15 minutes by foot from the central railway station. Check-in was quick and efficient. The staff was kind and polite. I spent two nights in the hotel. The room was clean and spacious enough. There were a quite comfortable bed, table, chair, small wardrobe, and TV with a big choice of channels. The bathroom was also clean. Towels and shampoo+shower gel in one were provided. WiFi was free and reliable. Breakfast was yummy, I especially enjoyed a 'home-made' jam. They also offer a cup of coffee (for free) in the afternoon. I enjoyed my stay!

  Okay for the price

  It was okay as we only had to stay one night before continuing our holiday travel. You can park free off charge until nine in the morning. The breakfast is fine. There is restaurants quite close to the hotel.

  Comfortable

  Cofortable hotel but although quiet its not located well. Very clean hotel with friendly staff but you will need some German to get by. Restaurant is good and the prices are acceptable. Okay for one or two nights.

  Great Staff and Location

  The hotel is located just outside the town square with easy walking to the key attractions to include the Bath house and Lime Museum. The room was a good size and fairly clean. The floors could have been swept better. The windows did not open in our room so it was a bit stuffy during the hot summer unless you left the back door and front door open for a draft. The awesome friendly staff provided a fan to improve the flow. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows provided in the room. The pull out couch was a bit thin and noisy. But worked for the short term. The room fits two easy, two with two smaller kids fairly easy and three adults okay. The breakfast was well above expectations. Also the in and out parking for one low price was great as we had a lot of traveling outside our walks. The staff were very helpful to work with the delivery service as our luggage was very delayed. The staff spoke both English and German and helped us navigate some of the German airline delayed baggage rules. This was much appreciated. The room service was prompt daily and met expectations. A solid 3 star accommodation with a 5 star staff, this the 4.
