  Great pet friendly place to stay in Mt Isa

  The cabins we stayed in were excellent, clean and pet friendly. The staff are very obliging, and very helpful. They serviced our rooms every day and gave us an abundance of towels. The restaurant was excellent and big portions. I know some of the hotel at the front is dated, but our cabins were excellent. Would definitely come back and stay here and I highly recommend this motel.

  Great

  It has a very good quality in room amenities. Our bed was amazing and new. Nice staff. We felt safe and the place is out of noises, we had great sleep. I would improved just a bit more on the cleaning.

  No pool and Hot

  checked in to find the woman i spoke to on the phone didnt reserve my room from when i called and made a booking 6 weeks earlier, was put into cabin 50, aircon was not on, its a 45 degree day, its hot as hell in there, the fridge didnt work that great, nothing froze in the freezer, had to throw food out because of it.. the shower was taped up n squirted water out of the sides the aircon was useless..didnt actually start to cool the room down til almost 11pm at night.. and there was no pool.. it was empty..

  Simple, Tidy, and Pet Friendly

  We needed a pet friendly hotel and chose this one. We found it to be fairly simple but pleasingly clean. It was also the first room I've had in a while with ample power points. Given everyone has things such as laptops and phone chargers you tend to quickly run out of Power points at most hotels but not so here. This isn't the Hilton but it's clean, tidy and a good place to stop. The fact it's friendly to pets is an absolute bonus as these are hard to find. I recommend this place.

  What doesn't kill you makes you stronger

  Should be half the price for what it is and what it offers. It's not disgusting, don't get me wrong, but for $110 I expected much more. Needs a lot of TLC, better equipment (a microwave or a toaster would be great). Sorry, not coming back.
