Great staffI couldn't have more pleased with my recent 2 night stay at the Inn at Lander. the property was very clean and well maintained and Lettie at the front deck was very pleasant and helpful. The price was very reasonable and even included an $8. voucher for breakfast at the Summit resturant next door. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Lander.

Disappointing StaffThe location and property is well enough, and what I was expecting. The staff fails at things well within their control. First off, there is not COVID safety precautions here. The desk receptionists wear masks as chin-straps...if at all. Not for nothing, but the hotel is full of transients, to include traveling medical workers, and the pandemic is not getting better in the West. On the customer service front, unless what you need/want is in their immediate interest, expect the staff to be quick to show you how inconvenienced they are. There's no real concern or impetus to show help. My company is putting me up here for the week, and I'm about to pack up and head for the Holiday Inn down the street.

WyomingWe loved the log cabin look, the rooms were spacious, it didn't take long to warm up the room, staff was very friendly and welcoming, we will most definitely be staying at this property again, thanks for the members reward treats!

Staff was wonderfulWe had a king room on the ground floor. Just what we wished for. The bed was comfortable, the room clean. We had one problem. The heating. The thermostat didn't work properly. When it was on, it went full blast heat without turning off. So, I was up several times during the nights turning it off and on. We were there 2 nights, but did not tell them about it until we were checking out, so there was no way they could have fixed it while we were there.

Clean, updated, comfortableThe Travelodge was a clean and updated room. The staff at checkin and checkout were very nice. I didnt eat on property because I wanted to check out downtown. Overall it exceeded expectations and was a great value.
