  Wonderful place to stay

  This is our favorite place to stay when we visit NW Arkansas. The staff is friendly and remember our names since we come here often. We enjoy sitting outside when the weather is nice and listening to the waterfall. We also enjoy sitting by the fire in the lobby area. One of our favorite items is the wonderful cookies when we check in. this place.

  Work Weekend

  My husband and I spent several nights here for a work get away. We loved it. It was quiet, clean, comfortable and gave us plenty of space to move around. Coffee and breakfast was also fantastic. We will definitely be back.

  week end getaway

  Husband and I stayed here while attending baseball games for grandson. It was close to the baseball fields and was a nice surprise. Our room was very nicely appointed, very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

  Not worth it

  I stay about 200 nights in hotels a year. For this weekend I redeemed points for an extra expensive stay. This hotel offers less than your average Hampton, Comfort Inn, Fairfield Inn or Comfort Suites (except the breakfast). Teeny tiny television and bathroom. Moved the bedside table and still couldnt find an outlet within body length of one side of the bed. Had to unplug the lamp at the desk to get two outlets to charge wifes phone and watch. Had to unplug another lamp by the couch for my phone. Had one available outlet for my CPAP luckily. No directional signage when entering building or at any intersections to help you in finding room or breakfast area/lobby. Looked like pipes had burst and ceiling had never been repaired. Just a big disappointment. By the way, Ive stayed at the Comfort Suites in Bentonville several times and it is much nicer and cheaper!

  Not handicapped friendly.

  Yrs, I know you had a ramp. It was so narrow and steep that I had to have help getting to my room. I didn't like that. I felt uncomfortable going up and down the stairs. And there were stairs everywhere. We didn't try to find the restaurant because of the stairs. The light over the tub was flickering. We cancelled our next two reservations to find a place where I would be more comfortable. Won't recommend to family.
