  Amazing family holiday

  Stayed at Jabunami villa with the family for 7 day the villa was spacious,clean,and great size rooms.All the staff were friendly and kind and helpful with directions and recommendations.breakfest and food were great and pickup/dropoff and and tours can be booked form the villa

  Wonderful place to stay to relax with family

  We rented the villa for a week with elder members of my husband's family. The villa is surrounded by nature, you sleep with the sounds of frogs and insects, with the local temple music in the background once in a while. The rooms are spacious, and I loved the huge bathtub (although hot water ran out once I tried to use it lol). Staff was all very helpful and friendly. Food was delicious! We ate, swam, ate, napped, swam, and ate again! Such a loverly place for a family time. My husband's uncle and 2 aunts were there too, and they really loved the whole experience. I have nothing to complain! Thank you Made and all the staff for your great service. I would like to visit again!

  Do not trust owner

  Actually we never stayed - We made a booking in March this year for 7 nights at Christmas. August we get a request from owner to cancel our booking because she can get longer booking for more money. We said no, as we would then have nowhere to stay with our combined families of 14 people. So, now mid-September she has cancelled our booking and we are frantically trying to find a place to spend Christmas with our kids.

  Amazing villa in Bali

  Not the first I rent a serviced villas in Bali. But this one definitely worth it!! 4 rooms (we only used 2) at a very good price with a beautiful pool overviewing a rice field. The breakfast is simple but cooked on your kitchen directly. The family who manage the property is really kind and reliable, and no Intrusive. Thanks to Them for making our trip this confortable! Do not hesitate to go there you wont regret it !

  FRAUD owner

  I never stayed in the hotel but had reservation during March 21-26. On the 18th March my flight got canceled due to Covid19 new restrictions and at the same time owner Ruth reached out to me via whatsapp saying they have a guest who wants to extend their stay and would like to take my reserved villa and asking if im coming. I said no because flight got canceled and i told her i will inform Booking.com about cancellation and she will confirm to Booking.com too thats she is ok with the refund as situation is in favor to hotel. Now 2 months after i still havent got a refund for that reservation. Hotel not responding at all, Booking.com also pushing back , so disappointing from the both on handling the case.
