  Really nice place

  We chose that hotel accidentally and bit worried a bit. But when we got this place it recouped all our expectations. From the location to service everything is on point for that price. We didn't know that price includes breakfast and was nicely surprised. Amy such a warm person and we were glad to meet her. We advise this guesthouse to everyone who searches for cheap and good located place. Nearby a lots of shops, street food and subway stations and also suitable airport limousine. We will stay there every next time of our trip to Seoul

  Amazing Guesthouse, amazing service, amazing location!!

  I stayed in this guesthouse for 2 weeks for an internship in Korea, and it exceeded all my expectations! Room was pretty big, modern and clean compared to other Seoul guesthouses in that price range, the common area was clean and tastefully decorated. Even though the guesthouse is very centrally located in Dongdaemun, the room wasn't loud at all and you can always get a good night's sleep everyday also thanks to the very comfortable bed and pillows! As I said location is absolutely perfect, behind lotte fitin and just 2 mins walk to the subway. But most importantly Amy (the owner/manager) is very very friendly and helpful and she will make you feel most welcome in her lovely guesthouse. Thank you so much Amy and I will definitely choose this guesthouse again when I come to Seoul!!

  Affordable hotel with good location

  I stayed here in on the 27-29 April and I love the location as it is near to the limousine airport bus 6021 stop to Gimpo airport (5 minutes walk away without steps). The reception was kind and helpful as she help me with my luggage whenever needed. She also also early check-in as the room was available. I booked the twin double deck room which is really small but acceptable for the price as it was in a prime shopping location. The was a small fridge and toiletries provided (shampoo, conditional and body foam). The shampoo was good as my hair was silky after the wash. The air-con was also strong and good. There is also TV. The only down side is there is no lift and the wifi was fluctuating (but good when it is receiving well). It would be good if they provide folder chair/stool as we have a habit of not sitting on the bed before shower (we ended up sitting on the floor). However, the best part of staying at this guesthouse was that it was one minute walk to Lotte Fitin. It was 3-5 minutes walk to Hello apM and Migliore where most people shopped at. There was another mall ApM PLACE, a wholesale shopping mall that require you to purchase 3 to 5 pieces of garment at least (not suitable for normal shopper as they usually sell to suppliers). The was another malls Doota where they sell slightly more expensive clothing. The guesthouse was also 3-5 minutes walk to Dongdaemun Design Plaza which you could see arty stuff and variety of food trucks on days they have events. All in all, a place i will come back to stay again if I am on a budget (so that I can shop more!).

  SEOUL TOUR

  I stayed for 3 days during my trip to Seoul. transportation is very convenient and price also inexpensive. The best thing was room so clean. and I was very impressed that she is kindness. I want to use it next time. thanks, amy!

  Perfect location and cozy room

  If you are unfamiliar with DDP and Seoul, I recommend here K-guest house 5. It's located near by DDP subway station. So after check in, all you need to do is walk to see around DDP and shopping. Near this guest house, there're big shopping malls and so many restaurant. And the room is cozy and clean. Also the bedding was pretty comfortable. It's not easy to find perfect guest house woman alone. But here, I feel safe and comfortable. I'll stay again when I get back to Seoul.
