  Great Location

  This hotel not popular with English, mainly Russians here. At one point I think we were the only English. Food o.k, seems pretty much standard for all inclusive. Bar staff and waiters work hard and mostly pleasant. They seem to try most guests in the below ground rooms at back, most people including ourselves refused these. The curtains don't cover the windows and you can be seen in bed by passers by. We were moved to a ground floor room which had a balcony and was in better condition although still a little tired. The main thing going for the Katre is without a doubt the location. Close to bars, restaurants and shops. The pool area and grounds are very nice and no need to rush to put towels on sunbeds as always available. Bare in mind there is no luggage storage at this hotel, only options are extend room to 5p.m £30, 6p.m £40 or sit in reception with your luggage until transfer pick up. Room safe £25 for 7 days. 3 t.v channels in English (all news) Has WiFi - rarely works Had times with no hot water.

  Bad hotel

  The hotel was disappointed. We got a room for a family in the basement. Entrance to the room felt the smell of mold and high humidity. Bedding and bed have always been wet to sleep. The standard large room is very small. Bed linen and towels did not change every day. Keep your cleansers as they helped when they swallowed. The bathroom shield is broken, barely closed. In the toilet , the water had to be stopped for 15 minutes before the new water had dripped. Cab bath dirty, there is rust. By the way there are mosquitoes. Every night bites I do not recommend choosing this type of room in the basement. Staff do not welcome their tourists, except canteen bartenders. They were polite and helpful. A girl and a guy working at the reception do not understand English and russian. We just talked hard. The main meal was 2 meals, poor. I do not recommend this hotel..

  Nice holiday

  So we arrived on day one to the wrong room, the rep queried this and we was told we had to stay in the wrong room for one more night then our room would be ready. For compensation we was offered a free safe deposit box and possibly a late check out, the late check out could not be honoured!! The all inclusive drinks consist of five alcoholic drinks, which we found disappointing. The food was good quality but soon became very much the same for our ten night stay, the staff are amazing, lovely and friendly and made us feel welcome. We was only one of three english families there at the time. The major bonus of the hotel is the fact that u could get a sunbed around the pool at anytime of the day. My son hurt himself whilst we was there and the young lady at reception was great!! During our stay we thought mohammed behind the bar and all the other young lads in the restaurant and bar were great, many thanks to the lovely staff for making our stay good.

  The hotel is quite reasonable for the price I paid. Food is fresh, variety of dishes. very nice, positive staff. Rooms are too small and need to be modernized. Generally satisfactory for the price I paid

  HELLO, FRIENDLY OLUDENIZ

  Oludeniz is a wonderful place. Hotel Katre in Oludeniz is a small cozy hotel with neat comfortable rooms, except for the basement bunk bedrooms, which are not livable. Very friendly staff, especially Mehmet, who works in the bar - very clever, diligent, smiling, pleasant young man. Thanks to the warm attitude, our family felt like at home. The beautiful gentle sea, which is nearby, is beyond praise! Hope to see you soon, Oludeniz! NATALIA, Moscow
