Alfortunadamente encontramos otro hotel.

    EXCELLENT CHOICE!

This is an excellent family hotel. To start with, is where the hotel is situated. It has a great view. It is near the Xora of Naxos (3-4 kil) and also easy to access the main land and the magority af the famous beaches. Ofcourse Ag Prokopios in only 300 meters away, with sunbeds and umprellas complementary on the hotel. The food is of great quality and it is plenty. The staff is very polite and helpfull. Always smilling. Many thanks and bravo to Rena. At the restaurant Stelios and Antonis are great, and the other staff also. The facilities are in great condition. The basketball. football (5x5) and beach volley courts are like NEW! Wifi everywhere. I recommend this hotel.

    Terrible-Avoid this hotel

The whole experience was horrible. It promotes itself as "all inclusive hotel" but in reality the services that it offers are so bad that you have to pay for everything. For starters, the sheets were dirty and they didn't changed them for 3days. In general, I don't think that the cleaning service at this hotel is efficient at all. Secondly, the meals that they offer are so miserable that you end up eating at restaurants outside the hotel. They use the lowest possible quality ingredients. The taste of the refreshments is so terrible (only vending machines) that water is your only choice. Finally, you get the feeling that they have made the poorest and cheapest choices at all amenities, in order to reduce their costs to the minimum, and they provide consequently a very poor and miserable experience to the guests. I would strongly recommend to choose another hotel at Naxos, that btw is a beautiful island, and its a shame to leave this island with a bad experience.

Fantastic place- excellent food and hospitality

We stayed at Kavouras Village for 6 nights at end of August. I cannot thank everyone enough for their amazing work. Arrived with an early flight from Athens, we were welcomed with a big smile and were givne the room at 09.30 The hotel is build like a small village, everything is simple and clear. The room was fantastic , and everyday was cleaned and had new towels and sheets. Food: Authentic greek food with huge variety and different choices for lunch and dinner, plenty of salads, fresh fruits and there were always pasta options as well freshly prepared in front of you. I have seen various comments for the drinks, and coffees. Coffee/ chocolates / hot drinks) is absolutely fine. Beach Just amazing, the hotel offers a free service with a shuttle bus to Agios Prokopios. The driver Mr Argiris was also fantastic a true gentleman. Highly rceommended, will be back.

Italiens - Greeks and whoever wants to eat and drink as a human being stay away

This is a hotel with perspective, but needs serious things to be corrected. Good things first. Hotel very very clean even the pool area everywhere you were you could smell the blitch. Cleaning ladies all day were making this place spotless. Staff, great people really really nice. Nina, Mrs Rena, Eirini, Nikos and whoever I forget they were all absolutely lovely.Excellent in any possible way. Always with a smile and a good mood, ready to help, giving everything you ask. Make you feel you were a part of a small company. These 2 reasons make me give them 2 points. Bad news now. Food.REALLY REALLY BAD FOOD. APPALLING Hotel supposed to be All inclusive, but I think it was at least INSULTING the food was served and the drinks from the venting machines. Food was UNEATABLE and drinks were UNDRINKABLE. Every day we were battling to find one thing from the buffet that we could eat. One just ONE and usually it wasn't there. Food was so bad and seemed to be cooked a few days back, had weird colour and horrible taste. How can you make pasta bad when you have an Italien chef!!! How can you serve rocky croissants every single morning? How can you serve bacon that is uncooked and white, how can you serve salad that is so dry that looks like raisins???? Drinks and water even worst. They tasted off and to our despere we had to buy water and drinks from the supermarket so we wouldn't be sick. And most of the days we had lunch or dinner outside. Paying extra money for something we already had paid. In one of the most famous islands for its food the only assumption I can make is that the owner of this hotel is really cheap and stingy and wants to make profit from nothing. How do you expect people to come back again when you serve food that is disintegrated and looks at least expired. Only shame I feel for being Greek and I ve seen so many foreigners thrying to eat this horrendous fod. ONLY SHAME.
