  BASIC Needs an upgrade.

  Stayed one week last summer. Room was ok, only small, but in need of updating, shower area rather shabby, shelf fell off wall, Nice clean bedding though and people were pleasant enough... Small terrace area overlooking astro turfed kids play area, nothing to look at, no view... Nice if you want to pay good money for BASIC accommodation, but in my opinion in desperate need of upgrading.

  Poor accommodation

  Stayed in the apartment for a week, beds changed once towels changed once. Repairs definitely needed, sink in bathroom wouldnt hold water, light from ceiling hanging out showing wiring, chunks out of wall and just painted over. Saying that the beds and pillows were comfy and the owners were very nice and helpful. Very quiet area but not for us unfortunately

  Before arriving I was concerned about some of the reviews. I have holidayed in Greece for over 20 years and can honestly say there is nothing wrong with this place. It is typically Greek and basic but certainly did not see cockroaches and the cleaning was adequate. We were greeted by a mature Greek lady who tried to carry my suitcase up the stairs,I quickly went to her aid and felt honoured that she even offered to help. And I had a lovely view over to kastri island from the balcony. Lovely memories.

  Basic but clean, lovely family in a good location

  We stay here every year, we love the location and family, they are cleaned often and have just enough in the way of equipment to call it self catering. You can leave apartment safe in the knowledge your property is safe. We stay here every year.

  Value for money

  We spent an enjoyable 3 weeks here and for the price we were happy with our room.My wife does not like aircon so we took a very good standing fan for 15euros per week.Disappointed that the tv was disconnected,the owner pointed to the sky and said too much money but we would have been happy with the free to view greek channels as they broadcast many english films etc.with greek subtitles.The owners were friendly enough,extra pillows no problem and rooms cleaned every day,towels and sheets the same.If you are looking for budget accomodation then you will not get much better than this.Overall very satisfied for the price we paid.
