  Relacion calidad precio excelente

  Acogedora, cómoda, muy bien ubicado el hotel, el desayuno estaba incluido en el precio y era excelente de cantidad y calidad, y el bar y el servicio de habitaciones también tienen precios razonables. Tienen habitaciones para fumadores, patios interiores agradables y un polideportivo al lado con piscina, gimnasio y mas...

  Hotel funcional

  Buscabamos un alojamiento en el condado de Kent que tuviera parking gratis y estuviera un poco en medio de todo lo que queríamos visitar, y encontramos este hotel funcional de 3 estrellas con buena relacion calidad precio. Estuvimos en una habitació cuadruple que tenia 2 habitaciones, una pequeña con una litera y la otra con cama doble. El baño correcto, y la habitacio bien, bastante similar a lo que se ve en las fotos (moqueta, madera...) bine cuidado pero con algunos años. Wifi gratis con buena señal en la habitación. El desayuno estaba bastante bien y además incluido en el precio, tenía un pequeño buffé con fruta, cereales, cafe, zumo... y después pedías a la carta algo caliente como desayuno tipico inglés, francés (croissant con mantequilla y mermelada) o baguette de jamon y queso. Esta abierto al publcio en general y había gente autóctona que venía a desayunar. Tiene restaurante a la carta para cenar y también un pequeño bar-pub donde sirven comidas tipo pasta, sandwich, fish and chips... Nosotros cenamos 2 noches en el bar, y la cantidad grande a un precio razonable.

  Worst hotel

  First of all hotel room smell very badly and all the room making so much noise of the main road (windows are not double glazing ) so our night are sleepless night . At night night we spoke night shift boy can you change our room ? and reception boy was saying you have to pay extra money for that as per my manager but we cant able to change room so we asked receptionist can we speak your manager? Hes answer was :my manager are sleeping at the moment Dont waste your money to stay in this hotel No basic amenities are available Tv remote are missing plus no shower gel towel are dirty

  Surprisingly nice stay

  Whilst the exterior of this hotel looks a bit tired and was off-putting at first, we changed our minds quickly inside. The staff were very friendly and polite. The room itself (had a big family room as 2 adults, a 4, 3 and 1 year old with us) was imacculately clean honestly cleaner than some 5 stars we have stayed in even recently. The bathroom was recently refurbished with new flooring, very fresh and light, very often a bathroom lets a place down. The rooms were quiet and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was tasty, the staff were excellent trying to serve under covid guidelines. I'm a veggie and my husband is not so we got to sample both cooked breakfasts and were very impressed! And they were very kind when dealing with our obnoxious toddlers. Will definitely return next time we visit diggerland. My kids are still talking about the pretty fish in the lobby!

  Great Hotel and Staff

  I stayed at the King Charles Hotel when visiting family in Kent. Im so glad thats the one I chose, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very Covid safe too everything done properly. I was very impressed with the room! The first thing I did was run a bath, not a normal bath but a big full on jacuzzi one!! Sat in there watching tv and drinking wine, just what I needed. It was very quiet and relaxing. I went down for breakfast the next morning and although I couldnt get my own buffet food (understandably with Covid) the waiter was very quick to explain about getting my tea and juice etc and taking my order (which was free of charge) it came out quickly and hot. I also ordered room service the night before and the food was very tasty, the burger was cooked just right and wasnt dried out like some Ive had. Overall very impressed and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Will be going there again for sure. Thanks King Charles for a lovely stay.
