  Short and very pleasant overnight stay

  On our way through Germany we stopped overnight at this very pleasant and good value for money hotel. We appreciated the location, the nice and comfortable room, good breakfast and very friendly staff. We will keep this hotel as a good choice when passing through Germany next time.

  Wonderful Stay!!!

  My wife and I stayed here one night on our way to Hamburg and we really loved it. Our room was very clean and very spacious with a huge bathroom. We had a dinner in the bar and it was simple, yet very good. The other restaurant within the hotel looks very nice with beautiful outdoor seating in the lovely garden area. we chose the bar because they were showing the world cup game in there. The breakfast in the morning was one of the best we have had in a hotel. Everything was very fresh and was kept chilled.

  Early Dining

  My cousins husband had a meeting at this establishment,so we decided to have an early dinner...so glad we did it was wonderful. Although not cheap the old adage you get what you pay for. The food sublime and the service fantastic without being obtrusive. Will definitely return. Thank you Mr. Gunter for your friendliness.

  Great place to stay

  We booked our rooms on the way from Bremen to Gernrode. It is a large hotel, very German looking. We got a very friendly greeting on arrival, English is widely spoken through the hotel. The room was very pleasant, spacious clean with a great overhead shower. The room also had a free mini bar The buffet breakfast was well laid out and a good variety of things to eat, hot and cold. Good bar, friendly staff. One downside was the lack of internet connection. There was a problem with the server but it was out for two days, not good. The lock on door was a bit rough and a little tricky to open
