  Average, not more than two nights

  Room was fairly clean, had to change bed sheet on arrival and the bathroom mirror seemed to still have had the stains from the last four weeks on it. Staff not very motivated, pool useless (it is more a larger bathtub). Restaurant we did not try as it did not look very inviting, had a coffee which was awful. Location is very good, kind of quiet apart from the main road, short walk to beach and village. 27EUR we found too expensive for what you get, 20EUR might be acceptable.

  Not recommend

  Ive spent 5 weeks in Thailand now. Couple days in BKK then Phuket for Muay Thai trainings, I decided to rest a little on Koh Samui which is marvelous! Luckily I slept only three nights in KT residence. First of all staff was kind of surprised when we came- they couldnt find our reservation, it took a while to find a room. Finally when they found something there was a little problem with opening the doors. We walked to the room and we were a bit shocked. Room wasnt even cleaned, I mean there was bedding indeed but no towels, no even remote to air conditioner. I decided to leave this place immediately and spent as much time as possible exploring island. I mean everything: beaches, waterfalls, temples, anything just to stay far from room. Unfortunately it was pre paid so we had to sleep there... WiFi? Sure! But only on the lobby because upstairs it does not work( gratitude to neighbor who explained me that as staff couldnt). Ill stop here because it would take to long to describe all of it, Ill just leave a photo of my room mates! ( ants- small, big, huge, all you need! :) ) Definitely not recommend! :)

  Worst place ever

  Booked in KT Samui and when arrived, room was not ready, waited over 2 hours jn reception than got to room upstairs with no bed linen, next door room had loud russian tv going all day all night, owner of abode (Young Russian, arrogant woman) insisted of daily payment, needless to say that l left after 2 days and found better place for the remaining 2 weeks, no breakfast, dirty pool, noisy and uncomfortable

  worst place in Samui

  booked per internet and when arrived room was not available, had to wait couple of hours and when ready there was no linen on bed and room was unclean, loud noise from room next door and they wanted daily payment, when had talk to a very arrogant Russian woman (suppose to be manager/owner?) no improvement, so left next day and booked in another place. By the way have been back to Samui 3 times now, and can recommend places like "Escape Beach Resort" , Amari and Ozo, but would not go near to KT Samui EVER AGAIN

  WE LOVED IT!

  We spent 4 nights at KT Samui and we found our stay very enjoyable and pleasant. The staff were very kind and helpful who always greeted us with a smile. The restaurant was very convenient and had a great selection of food for very affordable prices. Definitely one of the best places to stay on the island with the best rate. Would highly recommend.
