  excellent stay

  The hotel made foe a lovely break. The room was large and spaceous, the breakfast extraordinary, and the staff extremely welcoming. We were travelling with two small children and the staff catered to our every wish.

  Quiet and perfect for relax in Alsace

  Family owned and operated hotel where service is great. You almost feels like home... The dinner served is top quality and in the summer served outside. The room we had was the Suit we 2 bathroom and a nice balcony vs the Forrest surrounding the hotel Not more than 15-20 min drive to the wine trail and the area is perfect for road biking

  Excellent stay again

  This is a quiet rural hotel not far from Strasbourg. We always stay here en route to Austria. The rooms and food are excellent and we will visit again on our next trip.Although the hotel is listed on many Tom Tom navigators do not use this but enter the postcode manually otherwise you are directed to an unmade road not suitable for cars.

  restaurant looks nice!

  Looks like a nice place in a nice and quiet setting. We passed by this place several times but did not try their food whether for lunch or dinner. But we did stop by to have coffee and desserts which was not cheap but acceptable. Their menu seems a bit on the higher price.

  A fantastic find

  My husband and I stayed at La Fischhutte for 2 nights enroute to Italy. The hotel is in a beautiful setting, we had a more 'traditional' room (a change from a modern,soulless room) with a balcony overlooking woodland and a stream. Dinner was excellent on both nights. Our dinner table overlooked the grounds and pond where we witnessed one of the kitchen staff catch a trout for my husbands main course, you can't get fresher than that ! The staff were professional and friendly. Plenty to see and do in the area. All in all a most pleasant experience, we will return I am sure.
