  Terrible hosts

  0: They stole 5 Euros from each person from the deposit regardless of the fact, that they didn't cause any damage, and cleaned the apartmanent well!!! 1 They gave us the keys after 7 pm 2 Rooms were dirty, trash and toilet paper were on the kitchen counter, used sheats on bed. 3 Kitchen utilities were deficient, no microvawe 4 Useless wifi 5 They put us in a 7 bed apartment, even though we payed for 8 people. 6 When we confronted them with the above mentioned, they said They don't care, They admit the lie, that there's wifi, and they didn't provide us a microwave, and other guest gve us one.

  Half term break with kids

  We booked an apartment for 6 even though there was only 4 of us. The size of the apartment was clean but basic and had everything we needed to cook meals etc. The apartment, room 2016 was over two floors with stairs up to a landing. This had a bath/shower and a separate toilette with a massive bedroom with a balcony overlooking the square and ski lift. Downstairs you had another bathroom and into the open plan lounge with a tiny kitchen where we managed to entertain 8 people for dinner on two occasions. Off the lounge area another balcony and double bedroom. You were given a locker in the ski room. Supermarket round the corner, bars and restaurants etc. Location is great as it practically ski in ski out. We drove so there was plenty of parking. Pool was very warm and a novelty of swimming outside was fun for us and the kids. All in all we got what we paid for, it's a bit pot luck with how clean the apartment is as many like ourselves opt to clean rather than pay. Tip: We took along our own bed linen and pillows as the pillows they supply are awful!

  Great appartment. Chaotic administration

  We arrived the 26th of December 2016. We were at the check-in desk at 21:00. The desk was already closed, but we knew that in advance. And we let them know we would arrive between 21:00 and 22:00. When we knocked on the closed door, and called the phone number written on the window, there was no answer. Luckily, a employee saw us and helped us. But they couldn't find our booking or payment. We had to come back the next day to check in, but they gave us the keys of an apartment, along with apologies. The next day they found our booking and they gave us free comps (Blankets x 4 = 40 + free parking = 26) + apologized again. We thought this was an excellent solution and were happy. The apartments was very spacious end clean. 1 min. walk from the ski lift. Best apartment Ive been in while snowboarding. When we drove home, we got a call from the hotel. They couldn't find our payment. We were already 3 hours underway. Luckily we had a receipt with the date and hour of the payment. After a while they found it. Summary: Great apartment. Friendly people. They really try to help you. But their administration is a mess. Print out your reservation, hold on to your receipts, and you'll have a great time!
