    Buen hotel

Hotel tranquilo situado fuera de Roma, por lo que necesitas coche para acercarte a la ciudad. Moderno, amplio, aunque la ducha es una mampara estrecha. Muy buena calidad del sueño. El desayuno buffet escaso

Great family vacation here, staff were amazing, the pool was fabulous

Booked here very late but staff stayed open till 11.30pm on our arrival, they took our orders of clay oven baked Pizzas and ice cold beers, they were really friendly. 20 mins from Rome so quiet and peaceful, rooms were spectacular, very clean and modern, great amenities and the breakfast was plentiful, well presented and very fresh, coffee was superb. The pool area was fantastic, clean, big enough, the kids really enjoyed it and i loved the bar servicepoolside. Bring your own swimcap as the ones on sale are tight for British bigheads like me. lol I will return here, its much better than the Sheraton and the prices are cheap by comparision.

Good choice if you dont need to use public transport

Comfortable and clean. I booked online and the price for my one-night stay was good. Breakfast was included. It came with a nice variety, but it was nothing special. The hotel is out the city center. The public transport in Rome doesn't work properly, but if you move by your own car or by taxi it is ok.

    The good & the bad

Where to begin? I spent nearly a week here on a business trip. For the most part, the hotel itself is fine although its definitely not in a convenient area if youre looking to visit the city. Youre looking at about 20-30 euros into town by taxi, and taking public transportation is pretty much out of the question, unless you want to ride the bus. Its clean, and I dont really have many complaints about the property itself. Yes, the showers are small, as another review noted, but thats the case in most of Europe. Yes, there is a restaurant in the building, but its not part of the hotel meaning you have to pay for it separately. Theres also a small vending machine with snacks, but youd better be prepared with cash in the form of coins. I made a point to withdraw cash from an ATM, but on two separate occasions the person at the front desk declined to let me exchange paper money for coins. Is that such an unusual request? Another review also noted the lack of irons in the rooms, and this is true as well. They have these large press contraptions, which I certainly didnt have the time or inclination to learn how to use. I asked at the front desk, and they did give me an iron, but apparently they only have one. I know this because they asked for it back later. I will say that the friendliness of the staff leaves a little to be desired. I was scolded twice at breakfast once for not sitting around the corner in whats apparently the designated breakfast area. Why the proper area is in a different location from where the breakfast food is laid out is beyond me, and why the person had to be rude about it was more than a little confusing. I was then scolded again for trying to boil an egg in their little tank. It seems that breakfast was scheduled to end in 15 minutes, and shed already turned it off. Again, why is there a need to be rude? To a certain extent, I get it. This is a different culture, and other countries dont necessarily subscribe to the the customer is always right attitude of America. I would never suggest that someone change their culture to accommodate visitors, but I dont see why a little politeness should be out of the question when youre operating a place thats sure to get customers from other countries.

Okay if you want to be away from everything

This hotel was away from everything in Rome. It was easy access to the freeway and close to the new Rome temple which is why we chose it. Breakfast was okay. Lots of sweet items. They don't have their own restaurant, so they have a machine for you to boil your own eggs and a waffle maker. For what we were needing, it was perfect. Parking is free. Front desk was pleasant and even though we were early, they accommodated our request for early check in. There is a mall one exit away with a variety of places to eat, so if you have a car, then you have some choices, but around the hotel, not a lot of choices. There is a restaurant at the hotel owned by a third party. We did have lunch there, but it closes at 3:00 pm and doesn't open until later in the evening - kind of hit and miss. Bathroom shower is very little. We opened the window as the air conditioner wasn't turned on yet and it was very hot in the room and we could hear dogs barking. We asked about taking public transportation into Rome, and it is very expensive or very inconvenient.
