  VERY DISAPPOINTED

  The hotel was included in a vacation package from Holiday Factory in Dubai. I would not recommend it. We were suppose to stay 5 nights and we stayed 2. The pool was closed when we were there which is ironic because it is a poolside resort. The hotel is far from the beach. You must take the hotel tuk tuk or a taxi to reach civilization. The beach is sort of trashy....I actually saw bags of trash wash up on the narrow beach. If you're into hookers and bars you reached the right beach. The hotel breakfast was vast and relatively fresh, one of the only positives of the property. They were very stingy with soap. One bar to share between the sink and shower. No one spoke English at the front desk. There was also a very odd smell throughout the hotel...perhaps mold and mildew.

  It could be... So much more...

  This review is meant to be good. I'm going to sound a bit critical but this really is a good hotel. There are good reasons why you should stay here... And a few reasons why you may choose not to, but we can discuss. #1. Be advised that when you look this hotel up by the map on trip advisor it will be marked in a VERY WRONG place. This hotel is NOT on a main road. It's in the middle of nowhere. I booked this hotel based on its map location and felt very lied to when it was so ridiculously far from where it was supposed to be. Not a small correction at all. Like a 30 min walk away. #2. Being what seems like a time zone away from Pattaya you are almost forced to use the car provided by the hotel. The driver is very nice but the hotel will try to rip you off on the price. However you can negotiate the price. The front desk lady told me it cost so much because it was so far. My response? "It's not my fault you built your hotel in the middle of nowhere and then lied about it on trip advisors map". I honestly wouldn't have booked this hotel if I knew where it was. #3. The rooms are nice, and the balcony is nice. The view... Is of an empty field and some houses. Hooray. #4. There is a store downstairs near the lobby. And thank Buddha cause if there wasn't you'd have to pay the driver 300 baht to drive you to 7-11. Otherwise you might die of dehydration trying to trek to a place to buy anything. #5. The pool is nice. There is a bar at the pool... With nobody working it. Also not stocked. So it didn't do me much good. #6. The bar they do have serves drinks for girls... I'd be more interested in whiskey. Like jack Daniels or Jameson. But hey we're all different. In summation. To me, this is an American 3 star or a European 3 star, not 4 star. The stay was actually quite nice. I didn't eat at their restaurant but it looks nice, maybe a little too fancy and not comfortable. The lobby is nice and the wifi is fast. So I'm a little disappointed but not because it's a bad hotel. I'm disappointed because with a few changes it could be an AMAZING hotel. It's just not quite yet.

  Best value in Pattaya.

  As an independent consultant, I travel in US every week and spent about 200 nights in hotel every year for over a decade. Bottom line, I know hotel very well and I pretty much only stay 3 star or above in US. This hotel is very solid for 4 star and would be 3+ star in US. It is very clean and very quiet at night. It has pretty good size outdoor pool and very well maintained (ie. Clean.) Front desk staffs can speak reasonable English and I did not see much problem with it. Hotel staffs really go out of their way to help out whenever you have any request. For example, I take shuttle bus out every day, and one day shuttle bus was out at that time. Instead of having me waiting, the hotel manager Ms. Kitchalee actually asked someone to drive me to the beach with her own personal car. I don't think any US hotel manager would ever do something like that. Also, hotel sends me a big size plateful of fruits once every few days. Very nice people here. I do notice quite a lot reviews about hotel location. At least to me, it is more a benefit than problem. One just cannot find a clean and quiet hotel near the beach side, and I can still go to beach in about 15 minutes. Here is the best option I tried out: taking the shuttle bus out to the beach; when coming back, taking the tuk tuk for 10 Balt to Naklua 17 which is next to Siam Pura Resort hotel, and take motorbike for 30 Balt and get right at the hotel front door. Tuk tuk ride is about 10 minutes and motorbike ride is about 4 minutes. This is not much trouble for a good night of sleep on a clean bed. One can easily save 500/800 Balt one hotel nightly rate for little expense on tuk tuk and motorbike. I really think this hotel offers the best value in Pattaya. A clean hotel room is really important in Pattaya because inserts don't die due to warm weather.

  Far from city, guests are additionally charged and only thai food available. Mode of communication is not easily available. Wifi service is switched off after 12 o'clock night. But at the same time rooms are neat & clean, facilities are good, staffs are guest-friendly.

  Fantastic Hotel

  Hi I read some of the reviews to the right of here and yes it has a couple of downfalls they pulled up on this hotel, but hey no one is perfect. The fact that they put 110% effort into keeping is cleaning tidy and working very hard for their customers. Yes is a little bit of the beaten track but hay It's Thailand and a country about bartering, you can jump on a bus for 10 baht And travel for miles, nobody complained about that. As you know it's slightly off the beaten track bute able to get the bus to go to local entertainment And restaurants that's what makes this quiet and tranquil. So if you're looking for somewhere 4/5 star reasonably moderate price just to chill out this is the place that you . You will not be disappointed.
