  Great value for money!

  Standard 3* accommodation in a nice tyrolean chalet. Old-fashioned interiors, warm room and comfortable bed. Combined soap/shampoo/shower gel for sink and shower a little odd. Nothing exceptional but unbeatable value for the money.

  Bargain in the Alps

  Everything about this hotel is just great, location, rooms, size of rooms, cleanliness, charm, friendly staff, and excellent food. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Our two large double rooms had large balconies with beautiful mountain views.

  Good value welcoming Tyrolean hotel

  I have stayed here several times on business and the welcome is always warm and friendly. The hotel definitely has a certain charm. The rooms are Tyrolean chalet style and are large and comfortable. Nice bar and restaurant area and in the summer the outside beer garden is a real treat with mountain views all round. Its good value for money and personally speaking it's a really welcome change to stay here than in typical "business style" hotels.

  Great place to stay

  The room was very spacious as compared to other hotels in Radfeld (sonhoff, appenblick). It has a minibar to keep your beer chilled. The best part was the toilet, that it seems newly renovated with hair dryer, small magnifying mirror and toiletries. Breakfast buffet was okay. It has selection of breads, omelette, fried bacons, teas, coffee, and five choices of drinks (water, milk, blackcurrant, orange and multi vitamin juice). It also have toaster for bread. They do have laundry service for 20 euro per machine (not sure whats the maximum weight) but I wouldn't recommend using it because it doesn't smells nice to me when I receive back my shirts. But it doesn't smell bad too, so its up to you. I gave my laundry to the receptionist in the morning and I received it 2-3 hours later in my room. It was extremely fast service, maybe because of this my shirt didn't smell well? Location of this hotel was okay only as it is 2.4km to the nearest train station (ratternberg-kramsach stn). Definitely ok for traveler with cars or taxi, ok for travelers with bicycle but for walkers, good luck on your legs as you need to walk uphill and downhill. The nearest supermarket is Spar and Billa which is around 1km. During summer, recommended to walk/cycle/drive further uphill as there are few lakes to swim (Reintalersee and krummsee) and then dinner at Fischerstube Restaurant.

  A home away from home

  I had a really great time at your hotel. It was just two nights, but I felt at home. The room was nice and spacious, the view was great and the shower.........wow, I couldn't get enough of that rain shower. Everyone was also very friendly. Definitely a place I would recommend anyone coming to that area to stay at.
