  La primera vez en Turquía, la primera vez todo incluido. ¡Unas vacaciones fabulosas!

  Mi pareja y yo acabamos de regresar de una semana de vacaciones en el Phaselis Princess, Tekirova. Nosotros lo reservamos tarde directamente con la Web de Thomas Cook pues era nuestra primera vez en Turquía y la primera vez con todo incluido. ¡Realmente disfrutamos de las vacaciones en general y seguro que regresaríamos! El hotel era impecable, las zonas comunes siempre estaban limpias, incluido cuando llegamos a las tres de la mañana! Las áreas de la piscina también las mantenían limpias y ordenadas con bastantes cuidadores de la piscina (decía en sus camisetas "pool men") trabajando muy duro todo el día arreglando las tumbonas, quitando los vasos y los desperdicios, también quitando el agua de los alrededores de la piscina, lo que era muy peligroso, vi a alugnas personas resbalar. las piscinas eran muy buenas, la piscina Capitán (con los toboganes) era tranquila y muy bien diseñada con dos toboganes, una cueva cubierta y jacuzzi. Piscina de juegos, gimnasia acuática, etc.,estaban disponibles en la piscina principal y eran entretenidas aunque no tomases parte. La piscina principal era muy profunda por una parte y tenía sitios cerca del bar de la piscina. Las tumbonas de la playa y la piscina estaban reservadas desde las 7:30 y el personal no quitaba las toallas como dicen. La playa era muy agradable y el pantalán que se adentraba en el mar era ideal, pues las piedras pueden hacer bastante incómodo el entrar o salir. Ningún deporte de agua motorizado era gratis y era muy divertido. Nuestra habitación estaba situada en un edificio separado del hotel y no tenía vistas, lo que era muy decepcionante, pero era cómodo estar en la primera planta y justo al lado de la piscina principal. La habitación estaba limpia y bien equipada. El mini-bar era repuesto tan pronto como usábamos las cosas e incluía agua mineral y con gas, y zumo de fruta. El cuarto de baño estaba bien, pero el secador de pelo era bastante cutre - te recomiendo que traigas tu propio secador de pelo-. Lo único realmente negativo de la habitación eran las camas, eran bastante pequeñas (dos individuales), y mi novio, que no es de lo más alto, se encontraba con los pies colgando por el borde. También el estar cerca del anfiteatro (donde hacen los espectáculos de la noche) y la disco, ¡significa que había música bastante fuerte para dejarnos dormir! ¡El aire-acondicionado era muy bueno y una bendición! A la llegada hay toallas azul claro en la habitación para usarlas sólo en la playa y la piscina. Estas se pueden cambiar en la oficina de la playa los lunes, miércoles y sábados. La comida está realmente buena en el hotel. Las tortillas y los huevos los preparan enfrente de ti y eran deliciosos. También había una sección de comida caliente que intenta satisfacer los gustos rusos, pero las opciones de cereales, fruta y pan son amplias. El almuerzo también era muy bueno, con un montón de variedad de ensaladas, carne y pescado a la barbacoa, etc. La cena también era excelente variando de tema mientras que estuvimos allí, incluyendo la turca, italiana, marisco. Quizá la única parte mala del restaurante sean los empujones y la imposibilidad de otros huéspedes para hacer una cola. Esto, como comentan críticas anteriores, sobre todo era debido a que la mayoría de los huéspedes eran rusos, con unos pocos ucranianos, turcos y unos pocos británicos (ellos suelen alojarse en los apartamentos gemelos Orange Princess el final de Tekirova). Mi pareja y yo estábamos bastante sorprendidos de la cantidad de comida que cogen, y en gran parte dejan, y la brusquedad con la que ellos tratan al personal. Durante nuestra estancia visitamos el restaurante a la carta Turkish y Marisco, que estaba muy bien, el Turkish era particularmente bueno. El personal del restaurante era todo muy atento, rellenando las copas todo el tiempo, retirando los platos rapidamente y siempre muy simpáticos y habladores con nosotros. Las pizzas, hamburguesas, perritos y patatas de la playa eran muy buenos, y con ensaladas disponibles. Las bebidas también eran buenas, como cócteles, botellas de vino y también champán disponibles durante todo el día. Las botellas de agua estaban disponibles desde el bar de la piscina, también había disponibles copas de plástico en el bar de la playa. Los entretenimientos eran buenos, pero principalmente enfocados a los huéspedes continentales. Hay muchas actividades por el día y espectáculos por la noche. ¡En conjunto, las vacaciones fueron brillantes por el dinero que nos costó y seguro que regresaríamos!

  El peor hotel y las peores vacaciones de mi vida

  Sigo en el hotel. Es mi segundo día de vacaciones y lo que quiero de verdad es volver a casa. ¡El hotel es feo, viejo, está sucio y no se merece más de dos estrellas! El aire acondicionado no funciona. ¿Excelente selección de platos? Ni de broma, no en este lugar. ¡Va a ser una pesadilla estar cinco días más así!

  The worst experience ever

  Old furniture, a very dirty bathroom, sliding doors from the shower were caught in the targets. For a couple, they offered us the room with 2 beds. Having booked in the main hotel, they initially sent us even worse. It was necessary to start our holiday with a conflict. The food was still on the 2nd and 3rd day. Wifi only at reception and very bad quality. On the beach you had to wake up to 6 to take up the chaise longue, all leave the wiping as a reservation. Only the clean sea and nature saved the situation (but it is not at all the hotel's merit).

  IF YOU SPEAK ENGLISH ONLY DON'T BOTHER

  on our late arrival at 4am we was given a room which was in a bad state stank of damp and mould air con did not work one pillow each and dirty sheets so cause we was tired tried to sleep but at 8am went to reception to complain and the staff DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH russian or turkish only what a joke one lady spoke some english and told us if i wanted to be moved to a better room it would be 100 euros we said no she said how much so i gave her £40 found out that they do this to all new comers to make money and rip you off and i should not have paid them anything as the room they put us in was the room we booked the food is all catered for russian no childrens menu no menu or tour information as it is all in russian language all signs is in russian even the restaurant staff speak no english so as a english couple on our own we felt very isolated and not welcomed at all we complained that the food was horrible and was russian breakfast broccoli and Brussels sprouts for breakfast really and we did hardly eat anything in the restaurant and had to buy food from the local shop and go into town even though it was all inclusive they advertise that they have 3 restaurants but all they have is one the buffet and its only open two hours for dinner with hundreds of russians pushing in front of you and rude no queuing and dont like to share tables there is one other restaurant but u have to pay $10 for it and book 24 hours before from guest relations BUT WE DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS TILL THE LAST DAY CAUSE NO ONE SPOKE ENGLISH AND ALL SIGNS IN RUSSIAN. the mini bar in the room also only comes wit water nothing else and does not keep anything cold and is mouldy also the hotel wanted to charge us $10 per hour for late room stay cause i complained we got it for $5 a hour but still a joke we travel the world and this is by far the most worst experience i have ever had i always never wanna come home this time after 3 days i wanted to leave we will be complaining to our travel agent to see if we can get a refund it has not been checked for star rating since 2013 as pic is attached so please if you see this TRIPADVISOR YOU NEED TO DO A INSPECTION TO TAKE AWAY THERE STARS NOWAY IT IS MORE LIKE A 2 STAR BUT FOR OUR EXPERIENCE I GIVE IT -10 even the entertainment is in russian so we never even went to that as not translated only mario and rita tried with us and the bar cheif helped us a little so if you are planning a summer school holiday don't go here too expensive and not worth it if you have booked for summer i would cancel unless you speak russian

  BEWARE IF ENGLISH

  This had to be the worst holiday we have ever been on!!!!! The entire place the whole area is Russian focused with not one person to talk English !!!! Even to book a day excursion in hotel there were loads of tour representatives all of whom DO NOT speak English !!! No signage at dinner to tell you what you are eating no entertainment in any English they translated in many other languages but not English . We managed to book a boat trip out of the hotel again DO NOT GO we almost got left behind. The day trips sightseeing was pointless we didnt know what we were looking at because they translated in other languages no English but the worst part was trying to get in the pre arranged bus back home !!!! They had lined up buses to take our boat back on the way there it was just a few people so we guessed it would be ok we would remember who we were with !!! NO every person on board the boat all had to walk ten mins to the buses and there were about five buses all of which we had no clue which one we were on . We tried and tried to ask the tour rep and the drivers which bus are we on NO ENGLISH so we were literally shooed like flies out of the way!!!! We were the first there and the last still standing alone while every one was on the buses!! It was only for the fact we recognised a loud drunk Russian group from our hotel we knew what bus to get . The whole place is so frustrating we were literally charged fifty euros for a plate of prawns and two drinks at the mimosa cafe bar up the road dont go !!!! We were forced to try find food else were as the hotel dinner area became unbearable we had to buy out and were basically robbed !!! This happened a few times when we went to Kemer town we were charged just seven euros for two drinks and two meals to sit in by our hotel it was fifty !!!!! We were moved to different rooms three times we were charged to keep the room all different prices its all money money money. Air con never worked fridge smelled I could go on and on . We tried to make the beat out of a bad situation but it just got worse and worse from start to finish .we went to relax and came home stressed. DO NOT GO IF ENGLISH U ARE ISOLATED AND THERE IS NO ONE TO HELP YOU THERE
