  Excellent location

  The hotel is located near the beach (and the port) of sochi as you can go there by feet. The stuff was very polite, the rooms very clean. The breakfast was excellent with an amazing variety of food. There is transportation to and from the airport. An excellent choise if you plan to visit Sochi.

  Una decepción

  Llegamos a este Hotel en época del Mundial, pero ni esto justifica cosas tan pésimas como el lentísimo check-in y yo diría que hasta ABSURDAMENTE DISCRIMINATORIO, por cuanto nos exigieron el boarding pass del Avión!, es el requerimiento más tonto que nunca había visto en ningún hotel del mundo!, por qué lo hicieron? por qué éramos sudamericanos o qué? . De otro lado la señal de WIFI era PESIMA , por lo menos en el piso que me tocó. Había estado antes en hoteles de esta cadena, pero esta fue realmente una mala experiencia

  Needs uplift but ok

  Perhaps during 90's this place was of the 4 star rating but now definitely needs great uplift in interior as well as in the service level. The colours are striking, just too many everywhere. Few other mistakes by the staff including unfortunate attempt to double charge, but all forgiven. PLEASE add coffee in rooms, for business people leaving early, you can't get any coffeine in this place. Rooms are 3* rating as far as I am concerned.

  Great option for bleasure

  The room was very clean and neat. Spa area is amazing, has few saunas, both outside and inside pools. Outside pool area has heating so it was just perfect for autumn evening relax. The private beach is about 7 minutes walking distance. The stuff was professional. The hotel is located pretty far from the main embankment and the port.

  It used to be The Best in 1994// 1996/1997

  Disappoints me to read bad reviews for this property, that used to be the best once upon a time. It actually set the standards of 5 star hotels in Sochi for service and food quality. I guess it's all about training, follow up and attention to detail. It saddens me because I had a special bond with this hotel, however things do change with time! I hope that the management wakes up and do the right thing to lift the standards as they were especially with all the competition in Sochi in our days.
