  Lovely

  We stayed here during our holiday for one night. The room was very nice and cosy with a lovely bathroom. Staff weer pleasant and welcoming. Restaurant was very good, mainly starters and mains were excellent, dessert slightly dissapointing. Breakfast was good, overall stay was very comfortabel.

  Cycling Stopover

  Travelling on a cycle holiday with friends what a wonderful hotel to be staying in. Gorgeous grounds pool and restaurant areas and our rooms with terraces all superb. The best part however is the welcoming attitude of the hotel staff, I have never had such excellent and accommodating service, highly recommended

  A little paradise in Dordogne

  Beautifful landscaped hotel with a large swiming pool. A restaurant with Fantastic home made food cooked by the owner. Nice freshly baked breakfast. All at 5mn from the fantastic lascaux Unesco site Will comeback......

  Still the best

  We last stayed here in 2014 and it was very good,if not a little chaotic. We were on our way down to Southern France this year and decided to take a detour and revisit the Moulin once more for old times sake. We were not disappointed with our two night break. This is a lovely location set in its own grounds. Great pool and spa for relaxing in the sunshine. If anything it was even better this time round. The room was excellent, clean and tidy with a well equipped en suite. My only slightly negative comment is there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We both need tea first thing in the morning before we can function. Whilst it was available in the breakfast area I didn't feel comfortable wandering through in my dressing gown! As ever the food is to a very high standard and reasonably priced. Breakfast is plentiful and Monsieurs scrambled eggs are to die for. This family run hotel could not have made us more welcome and went out of their way to make sure our stay was a memorable one. And it definitely was. You just have to try it if you are in the Montignac area.

  Splendid, Amasing,Awesome, Beautiful!!

  Family run business, we were welcomed with a warm heart. The bedroom was beautiful. Full of charm. The bathroom had a lot of character. It was mega clean. The 7000acres are stunning, well looked after. Small stream running by. Sooo peaceful!! You can just walk about the grounds and its relaxing. The owners are lovely. Hard worker. Very kind. I cant recommend this place enough. Its wonderful.
