  Nice and clean

  Very clean and big rooms. Modern and nicely decorated. A bit noisy in rooms from hallway A bit far walking distance from restaurants and city center. Otherwise perfect place to stay for business. Not a kids hotel.

  Modern rooms, friendly staff

  We were really pleased with this hotel. The rooms were nicely decorated and modern (recently updated?). Glass glasses in the room (even wine glasses.) The front-desk staff were very customer-oriented and friendly, and fluently bilingual in English and French. The on-site restaurant had great service and food, too, for both breakfast and supper. It seemed inconsistent about whether breakfast was included with accommodation; some couples in our group got breakfast for two, some for one, and some none at all. During our stay, there was construction on the street behind the hotel, so parking was a bit of a scramble. But we were always able to find free on-street parking nearby. The noise from the construction affected rooms immediately adjacent, but our inner-facing room was quiet at all times. There are stairs up to the reception desk, but if you go to the left of the stairs, there is an elevator that you can use to take you and your luggage up the half-floor to check-in (and then up to your room.) Overall, a great hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

  Great place to eat, clean and great service.

  When you want to go eat at a fancy restaurant this is a great place to go. They have more than one restauant, a bar and motel rooms if needed. There is also a buffet available on some days. They have a huge wine selection , we went on all you can eat pasta night ,the food was very good. We also tried the filet mignon steak with blue cheese sauce on another visit, i would recommend trying this dish. If you go for diner they have a special menu which included homemade soup. You can rent a hall for special events.

  Le Noranda is situated close to the downtown core but far away enough to feel the beautiful countryside!! I am impressed with the neo modern reception area. Similarly impressed with the spacious and comfy suites(bedrooms) Le Noranda is the BEST Hotel in Rouyn. I recommend it to all savvy travellers!

  A nice way to end the day

  Modern room, nicely furnished, great mattress (which is important for me) and beautiful linens. Quiet and comfortable. Walkable to the water for an evening stroll. I would go back and would recommend it.
