  A beautiful and well located hotel,and just a few minutes away from the airport, about 5minutes. And the ambience is at par with Hilton known standard. In a quiet and secluded spot but also a central location.

  High Standard Hotel But Room For Improvement

  The legend hotel is a branch by Curio Collection, Hilton located in Lagos mainland. Having stayed in over 30 hotels in Lagos state I rated it a 3/5 and here's why... PROS: - Right by the international airport and is less than 5 mins drive to the local airport for domestic flights. - Rooms are a good size, well furnished (to international standard) and include all the necessary mod cons and more. - The water in the shower is hot and very good pressure. You can run a hot bath is you wish - The hotel has a nice pool on the second floor, but the water is cold. You can also make use of the steam room. - Breakfast is included - Breakfast choices are very good and meet all dietary needs. Full English, choice of cereals, yogurts, smoked meats and cheeses are available. There is also a chef available if you want an omelette or scrambled eggs. -The restaurant food is high quality, there are both local and international classic dishes to choose from. When ordering for lunch/dinner food waiting times are not long (which is uncommon in Lagos) -Very good Covid 19 Cleanliness protocols - Located on Quits aviation free zone, one of the hotels selling points is private jet users can travel directly from the hotel to their destinations of choice making use of in-house immigration services. - Courteous staff - Chioma and Jerry were great CONS: - I had an issue with my bill due to staff overcharging me for a salad that I ordered, 1 member of staff in the restaurant said the I would be refunded directly to my bank account, whilst another member of staff said it would be credited to my room bill. It was eventually credited to my bill some days later, but this caused unnecessary confusion when I was checking out. - There is a Caucasian male manger that seems to have some kind of complex. He is shortish in height and has dark hair. I noticed that he greeted other customers (Caucasian male expats) but never acknowledged my presence. In Nigeria, there is generally an issue with misogynistic views towards women. However, a customer is a customer - as a professional in government, I have to say how disappointed I was. - I left my electric toothbrush in my room and checked out. The staff did not notify me of this. I had to ask before the staff went to inquire. - They charge for airport pick up and drop off, which should be free. - I felt that there was too much variation in customer service - some staff I encountered were brilliant others were not as responsive and didn't appear to think things through before responding. - The hotel charged 110k per night for a room that usually costs 69k. - I ordered the pasta/spaghetti chili prawns and experienced violent vomiting afterwards. I think the prawns were off. - The view in 323 is Well basically you have no view. So, unless you are looking to rest your head solely, avoid! - POS issues - I am not sure if this was down to network but none of the POS transactions I made at reception went through - but they all went through at the restaurant and for the in dining service to my room.

  Exceptional Customer's Experience

  To The Whom It May Concerned: The General Manager of legendary Hotel Ikeja. My family with my office colleagues really want to appreciate you on the basis of the great quality of services we got two days back at flight lounge by OSCAR's.Oscar was extremely professional,and this is the second time we are being satisfied with his body language of friendliness and warm smiles during our full dinning. The young man made our day great ,that boy is exceptional.He was very communicating when suggesting for us through menus,including our drinks.God!all my team colleagues were extremely happy because of that young man Oscar. He Offers great recommendations of dishes to us,repeated each of the food and drink orders without formal mistakes.My kids were happy too. The waiter was able to Identified each of us by our English names. A very friendly sale active person, and prompt to service with engagement on effective communication, smartness was super.He smiles was amusing while attending to us,that's hospitality. Please management should use him as a template to encourage or train other room-service dinning staff who are also great. I hope this standard of consistency remains as this is the second time this young waiter is being out of this world to ensure customers satisfaction was guaranteed..Keep the passion Oscar. Thank you!   Fantastic Experience

  I've stayed at this hotel about 3 times now. The quality of the rooms and service are CONSISTENTLY EXCELLENT! The staff's their best asset. Its proximity to the airport is fantastic if you're traveling. You can literally walk to the airport terminal from the hotel. The food from the restaurant is consistently excellent - whether you're in the mood for a local delicacy or you just want a burger! I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. If like me you've experienced this hotel and are concerned you might not be able to book a room in the future because it'll be fully booked (because it actually will), lay your fears to rest. The hotel is expanding and adding more rooms! As Curio collection Hilton hotel, this hotel does not disappoint. Need a hotel? Go to Legend!

  Nice

  Although having stayed such a short time, hotel is nicely furnished, and clean. Seems brand new, one advantage is to be closed to the airport. You don t need to be in the middle of Lagos. Breakfast is also nice. Staff is helpful and in comparison to other people working in other hotel, has a smiling face. Wi-fi is average.
