Perfect location, beautiful rooms and top service!
After the renovation, we were one of the first guests to visit the hotel. The various areas and rooms have been finished to a very high standard and are delightfully furnished. Beds slept fine and breakfast was great. Coffee Boutique is the perfect place for a delicious coffee after a day in Amsterdam.

Perfect location, perfect hotel
Centrally located, looks brand new, they renovated the entire hotel recently. very safe and clean. Did not try the lunch but breakfast was a lot and all very tasty. friendly staff we could leave our suitcases for the rest of the day and rented bikes to get around the city. Next to Rijksmuseum and other highlights. definitely would visit again!

Awesome staff!
We had an amazing stay and the staff, especially Esmee and Julian, gave us a very warm welcome. The rooms are cozy and stylish, but not to big. And that is exactly what you need, while visiting Amsterdam. I am not really a morning person, but the perfect cappuccino and cheesecake at the Coffee Boutique gave me the kick start I needed that morning. Looking forward to visiting again!

Little gem in the middle of the city center!
The hotel is fully renovated and the result is stunning! The room is perfect and has everything you need. WiFi is great throughout the whole hotel. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with anything. The hotel is in the middle of the city center. Although there are many restaurants on walking distance, I can definitely recommend the lunch (and drinks) in the Coffee Boutique. Nice food, good coffee, friendly staff and located on the best spot of Amsterdam! We will definitely come back!

Terrible service and lack of understanding
My friend and I booked a holiday to Amsterdam for November and we decided to stay at Leonardo boutique museum hotel as it looked great and had great reviews. However, without even staying here we have been severely disappointed by the lack of understanding and bad customer service. We suddenly had to cancel our trip the day before we were due to leave due to the closing of the borders of the country we lived in (UK). As this happened we obviously decided to contact the hotel and see whether we could get a refund, the hotel was reluctant to refund us but said that we could change the date of our check-in day as long as we told them within 3 days (don't know about you but after a nationwide lock-down and most countries refusing travelers from the UK this is not easy to predict). Nevertheless, we decided to move our trip to 4 months later to February, and guess what? our prediction was wrong and restrictions were not lifted and we could not travel this time either. We then again contacted the hotel and we got the same response as the previous time. They gave us a deadline to reschedule. We were not satisfied with this but hey-ho third time lucky. After rescheduling once again to later in the month, guess what? We still couldn't travel. We then contacted the hotel again and believe it or not we were met with the same response. We once again asked to be refunded but they would not do this. Instead the gave us a weeks deadline to change the dates of our arrival again. This being a stressful time for both of us as we are juggling work, personal commitments and a global pandemic we missed the deadline to reschedule. So we contacted the hotel one last time to ask for a refund but they would not do this, or let us reschedule the dates because we 'missed the deadline'. I did not think it was possible to be this disappointed with a hotel's customer service without actually staying there. I however would be willing to change my review if this situation was resolved.

Experiencia regular
El trato del personal es distante y poco dispuesto a hacerte sentir más confortable Las habitaciones singles son muuuuuy pequeñas,,, no entra equipaje Mi opinión mala del hotel cambió al ser atendido por la Señorita María Paz en recepción. Un encanto de persona, amable y de excelente trato y calidad humana. Ella en mi opinión cambió mi opinión respecto de este Hotel Está bien ubicado si deseas ir a museos

Excelente ubicación. Pide habitaciones interiores
Empiezo por las cosas buenas. Excelente ubicación, Desayuno no muy variado pero con todo lo necesario. Al ladito de los museos y de vondelpark. Nos dieron una habitación en los bajos del hotel que era grande pero sin luz natural. Pedimos cambio y una persona muuuy desagradable, señora mayor con melena canosa pasó de nosotros. Una compañera suya Maria, Argentina, encantadora nos soluciono el problema enseguida...un encanto de chica, eso es ser profesional. Problema principal del hotel el ruido está al lado de una avenida muy transitada y con una obra en frente.

Buena experiencia
Estuvimos el fin de semana pasado y nos encantó. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero muy acogedoras, el baño pequeño pero muy limpio. Hotel perfecto para pasar unos días en esta ciudad tan bonita. La ubicación ideal y la atención del personal del hotel muy buena, son encantadores y resolutivos. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Excelente ubicación, los sitios de interés muy cerca, las instalaciones agradables, las habitaciones aunque pequeñas tienen lo que necesitas durante el viaje, la limpieza muy bien, el trabajo de Milton en recepción es insuperable, excelente atención y excelente persona, muy muy amable
