  Kudos!

  Good customer service was given by all of the staffs from front office, housekeeping to F&B. Special mention to JEROE from sky lounge whos very accommodating and always smiling keep it up! Location, CUSTOMER SERVICE was very good! Definitely gonna recommend to my friends! Very accessible to front beach.

  Excellent service and staff

  We checked-in yesterday and we're satisfied with the level of service they gave. Thanks to Nica and Chel for taking care of us during our check-in and for giving the effort to have our packed breakfast since we left at 4 am. Keep up the good work! :)

  Excellant service

  From the time that we arrived the service was excellent. Check in was excellant and we were greeted with a very much needed complentry cold drink. A couple of days later they did some extras with our room which was so awesome. When it was time to leave they had arranged all our transport to the airport. It took half the time leaving as what it did arriving. They did so many little extra things that we have not had at much more expensive hotels that we highly recommend them.

  Pre-summer in the midst of the present year

  We had a short involvement with Aklan and it was amazing. To an astounding degree striking! The view, the sustenance, the staff and lodge comforts are with everything thought about remarkable. It is moreover a family sorted out spot. The youngsters will respect the play a locale, it has an indoor and outside one. The pool is going toward the harbor which is splendid, superbly set. I respect remaining in this lodging, a magnificent spot. shouldn't something be said concerning the sustenance? You could have verifiable alternatives that are all mouth-watering. Chipper to remain in this retreat. Looking forward of returning in the end on!

  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

  My expectations were totally met when I stayed in this hotel. They have spacious and quiet rooms. They have helpful and approachable concierge when we had some troubles in our room. Above all, it's very close to the beach.

  Good Option

  First time to stay, great location along the main road in Station 2 just right across Azalea Hotel. Very decent affordable hotel. 5-10min walk going to the white beach area. Rooms are nice, clean, adequate space and comfortable. I booked three rooms in total and stayed with the family. All arranged on the same floor, apparently it was the 2nd floor and lobby/reception area. It was a bit awkward for me as it has less privacy as the reception desk was just right in front of the rooms and they could see us going in and out. Or we could hear them talking or other guests passing by as it's the main entry point. Bath amenities were decent. Just not a fan of the shower gel/shampoo - maybe to suit the hotel name, almost smelled like dish washing liquid or deodorant, can't figure out. I hope this is just temporary but the access to the reception is not as convenient especially if you have heavy pieces of luggage or traveling with senior citizens, small kids or guests who requires wheel chair (not sure if they have readily available access) as you have to take the stairs and its a quite long stairways. Roof top Pool was small but was OK. Friendly staff and always ready to assist. The front desk staff were very well-groomed, great posture and I must say, spoke very professionally and in my opinion, the best presented front desk staff that I have encountered so far in my stays in different budget friendly and mid-range resorts/hotels in Boracay.

  Will come again

  Lime Hotel was a decent choice with spacious rooms. Both Check in and check outs were smooth. Had basic amenities and good value for money. Rooms can get soggy if you turn off the AC but thanks to the balcony we managed to dry our clothes. Packed breakfast with limited choices but no complaints. Perfect location as it was just a 5 minutes' walk to station 2 and had plenty of shops within the walking distance. I must not forget to say the friendliest staff I have ever come across so far starting from the doorman, receptionists, housekeepers and even the maintenance team. Thank you Lime Hotel for making our holiday remarkable!

  Worst Boracay hotel

  The moment we stepped in our room, it smells like mold. The rooms were infested with insects, floors are dirty and the toilet seat is broken. We asked to be transferred to another room as the room was entirely unlivable but they make it look like theyre upgrading us when they do not have any other room to offer us because again the room we were at is not livable. Lastly, the customer service and breakfast offered is a 5/10. save yourself!

  Good price performance

  The hotel has clean modern rooms. The bathroom is a bit small but ok. The hotel is in easy walking distance from the beach. The hotel has a stairs to the reception but if you are healthy it is not a problem. The staff is wonderful and the pool is nice too. One comment on the breakfast. It is very local, so no options for anything European.

  Lovely stay

  A very lovely place ,only mins away from the beach. The warmest of welcomes from a great team of staff. The room was comfy. The Aircon was ice cold ...and the best infinity pool,that is perfect for the sunset. Our 2nd visit...we can't wait for our third .
